I bought this computer to do zoom meeting on because my old one didn't support the software. It is a great computer for the price.and it is touch screen to.

So far so good. Its really fast and efficiently does everything. Very nice display but the sound quality ... pathetic.

This laptop is great for casual use. Good audio, clear and bright screen, and is light weight. However, it does slow down quite a bit when multiple internet tabs (about 4 or 5) are open. I also had downloaded Minecraft on my laptop since it is my favorite pass time and the game lags more often than I'd like. Overall, this laptop is good for more simple tasks like answering emails, working on school work, or watching a YouTube video.

Beautiful graphics on a nice large screen. Easy setup and excellent speed. Touch screen and camera work perfectly. Probably add speakers for louder sound.

This is a great product for the price! We love the large screen and the fact that it is a touch screen. The laptop is very quick, even faster than my iPhone!

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Got it for my eight year old to do school work for the end of the year and it’s easy for her to use and access what she needs.

I like the touch screen features. So far the computer has held up to everything it was advertised as. Would buy again

Awesome computer. super fast and love touch screen but in those cases where you need the mousepad or even when not using it, sometimes it moves your cursor. It especially sucks for when you are taking online classes and have a test and want to type in text boxes because it can be deleted by the physical defect. other than the mousepad it is an awesome computer once you take it out of s mode.

Serves the purpose that we needed it for, pleased with the price. We were pleased with the speed of the delivery also.

It’s great for multiple pages and homework, limited game play for smaller games but it does over heat pretty quickly.

From the moment I’ve turned it on until now it is running smooth and fast. The look is great and it is working great.

Great computer for the price I would recommend and have great for light gaming might be good for more gaming but just use it for the sims and everyday use

I bought this for two reasons. One, because of the Pandemic, I needed a good computer for work at home ability. I needed to use multiple virtual platforms. I needed to access my documents quickly and efficiently. I also do crafting that needs to have does stencil cutting. It needs a computer to hook up to for design and ability to change/Manipulate the documents that will eventually be cut with my craft devise. This machine has done everything I have wanted it to do. I did take it out of protective mode or it would not have worked at all with any of the software.

This laptop was purchased for home school and daily usage. It has performed very well and we are very happy with it. It could use an extra USB port or two.

I bought 3 of these for my office, every seems to love them they work great. Touch screen is awesome and the reliability has been better than expected.

Large screen. Speed is just fine. . Do not have any issues. I had researched what I wanted, so this met my needs.

I could have used more instructions on getting set up with running the Windows programs, running apps, and learning Windows 10 and the "precision touchpad". This was my first laptop and I am not computer-savvy. I did call your tech support but couldn't afford that so muddled through with YouTube videos, help from friends, and even Microsoft commandeering the laptop to figure out my problem. But the product is really slick and I hope to get better using it, so thank you!

I couldn't be happier with my new laptop. It's fast, attractive and so easy to set up and get used to using. It's my first touchscreen and I love that.
