After being disappointed with two other laptops, I found this one and I am so happy. I had gone to another brand which I knew was a mistake. HP laptops are a great product. The picture is so clear and brilliant. The audio is wonderfully loud, if you want it loud. I also like the exterior a lot. One thing it has that so many these days do not is a 10-key keypad. I am lost without one. The only thing I do not like is that Microsoft is updating with faulty updates. Other than that, I love my new HP!! The fact that it was on sale did not hurt one bit either. :-)

I purchased this laptop for my college student and she loves it! She was used to Apple products but says the SSD is super-fast and at a great price!

I bought this laptop for music purposes and it works excellent. It can run all the heavy plugins I use and it can even run games on low settings.

Size and operation are perfect. Easy set up too. We have a larger laptop but needed a smaller one that was more portable without being too small.

Great machine at a reasonable price. The Ryzen chip is just as good if not better than the 10th gen i5, and this guy has plenty of memory.

I purchased this laptop for my business last year and it worked so well my daughter got one as a gift. The battery lasts a long time. This model actually has the 5ghz wireless wifi so she was able to connect to our 1gb internet. Very fast and stable platform. Make sure you delete all the junk software after you buy it.

For the price a great value. Very quick response and light enough to carry and use on lap. Missed the sale pice which was a great value price.

Great laptop to do normal tasks. It has greater functionalities if needed. Price point is great for this machine and love the touch screen!

This item comes with 12 GB of RAM but it performs better than a previous machine that had 16 GB. It is also up gradable to 32 GB. A CD player did not come with it, but that is reasonable considering the price. I hope to upgrade soon to at least 20 GB memory, but will wait and see on that. I find the processor and download speed quite fast, (although there are other factors for download speed) . Overall I am quite happy with it for the price paid.

So far really liking this laptop. It’s easy to carry, very lightweight and I love having a touchscreen. Keyboard feels nice when typing.

This is the first laptop I have purchased. Always worked on a desktop. I love it. The only negative is the battery doesn’t last very long.

Fast, easy to use once set it. No Ethernet port (For work) but you can always purchase an extension for that. Overall it’s a great product.

It is a good laptop but seems to get warm fast. It was easy to get it ready for use step by easy step.
