This is my third HP laptop over the last decade and none have crapped out; just gotten slower and semi-outdated to the point of wanting the newer one. This one is SO compact and I love that I can throw it in my shoulder bag without it being clunky like my first two. Color is sleek, more feminine than the black and slate I had previously. Works very well for this non-techy business-lady on the go!

Disappointed

The only drawback, as I found out later was that it used windows 10-S, the safety mode which kept me from using Zoom for meetings and some other applications. It has been difficult to find a way to remove the safety feature. Otherwise it works great.

But a laptop was a better option for Zoom meetings when COVID closed things down. But I didn't have one. I did a little research and this one seemed like a really good balance between budget (again, just for Zoom meetings) and performance. I connect it to my WiFi and Blutooth earbuds and I'm set. It works really well and I am very happy with this selection.

I'm still getting used to the touch screen capability, but I see some real benefits to it. I'm struggling a bit with the keyboard - I go to type and the cursor repositions, I have to figure out what is happening. But overall, I really like it.

Great PC

Im very happy with this purchase and would have gave it 5 stars had it came with a built in cd drive, which in my opinion would have been a little more useful than the touchscreen. I also want to add that the built in camera or webcam isnt all that great.
