I've always had Dell's before, which were just okay, but seemed to have issues with them, mainly with the hard drive. It always seemed like it took forever to start up the computers, even when they were brand new. This laptop has an SSD drive which starts up super fast and meets all of my needs. Plus it's has a great price tag.

Easy and Efficient

It's honestly more of a step up from my old one than I thought it'd be. It's much faster, brighter and easier to use. The camera and microphone work great, and I love that it's the same size as my old laptop but way lighter! I only wish there was a DVD/CD player, but then again it probably wouldn't be so lightweight if it had one.

Nice laptop, runs hot

Very happy with the laptop, then 4 months later the hard drive burned out. Best Buy tech did a great job on fixing the laptop but still concerned about the initial product.

Good laptop for my Parents

I made some changes to this laptop, removed all Bloatware, installed “Jaws” Screen reader & NVDA to read other languages. Also Installed music recording software & Laptop is working very well with all these apps are running. Happy with the purchase.
