Laptop, BATTERY dies too fast

My biggest problem with this is I feel like it dies too fast!! After 2 hours of online classes, I already have to plug it in because battery is at a critical level.

HP has the longest life

This one was easy to set up. Certainly, there are a few things that irritate me. Only 2 HDMI ports, I have to download Microsoft Office and pay for it, when I have the software on a disc. Otherwise, it's been seamless. I recommend to others.

I had to do a complete wipe and install a fresh version of windows to get it to work for anyone who doesnt know what S mode is, its a version of windows that only allows app microsoft want to let you use. No other browsers or games or anything they dont approve of. You are supposed to be able to turn that off but you have to get it done through microsoft store and it always said try later....I got it to work because I know what to do but for someone wanting to just take it out of the box and go this laptop has too many flaws you should pass

HP Laptop AMD Ryzen 5, 12GB memory, 256GB SSD

My only complaint is that when you're typing, if the palm of your hand accidentally touches the installed mouse pad, it will move your cursor to a different part of the screen. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

It runs smoothly!

Also, it runs way smoother than my last. It has 256 GB of space which is more than enough space for me to store what I need. Overall I love this computer and I most likely will be returning to buy another one with more space.

Good laptop

This laptop didn't disappoint. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it crashed on me during class, but now it is working perfectly
