Best computer I’ve had so far plus it’s touchscreen

Computer works great.Much quicker then my old HP!!

I got this laptop since my other laptop was starting to have sound issues. It works really good but I have notice that the fans run a little loud and there have been a couple of times the computer went into hibernation becuase of the thermal were getting hot.

Excellent choice for our needs. I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and she hasn't experienced any problems with any of her online tasks including video streaming. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good home / work / school laptop.

I bought this laptop refurbished. Around $450. It's decent. The screen color is not as bright & vivid as other expensive laptops, but it gets the job done. But the worst part was that the webcam didn't work. All I get is a black screen when I turn it on.

I bought this laptop for my god-daughter who started college in August. She L-O-V-E-S her new laptop. In her words, I'm able to complete my class assignments with ease. This was the perfect gift, because her classes are online. I've also caught her surfing the web shopping and browsing social media sites.

This is a "replacement" laptop for my daughter to use to finish up the school year while our other laptop's screen was to be sent for diagnostic (that's a whole different story). I had to borrow it one night. So much more "advanced" than the previous laptop, I kept having to have her come help me navigate the system.

If using with an external screen/monitor then it should be ok but it's blurry on the screen otherwise. Should you be focused on RAM and performance this is a good machine but not for screen quality.

I got this reduced for the Memorial Day sale about a month ago. For the price, I paid ($499.99), this was a great deal. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a great laptop for mid-tier prices, and I've been shopping for a new laptop for quite a bit before seeing this one drop its price for only 2 days.

Purchased this my kids. They have been using it to do school work, and they really enjoy it. the build quality is good for a machine at this price point. I was worried about the Windows S mode, but it works great for when younger children are using it.

laptop is light and easy to carry and use. It is preloaded with Microsoft and they make it difficult to download chrome. I wanted to use for zoom but it's hard to get out of Microsoft protected software. Zoom doesn't have an app approved on Microsoft.

I needed a laptop with speed, great screen resolution, to include great memory. The size is perfect. I did recommend this laptop to my sister and sent a copy of my order and she purchased one the same day. We are both very satisfied with this laptop. I plan on surprising my son this LT as a gift.

This is perfectly priced for general use. I have a few apps downloaded, I watch Hulu, Netflix etc. Use for general purposes and it is great. keep in mind, your Wifi has alot to do with the streaming quality. I would recommend for a good every day laptop.

My daughter used my wife's laptop (M3) for ROBLOX and Discord. The screen became "ghost" and flickered. After discussing about her usage, we chose this laptop because it had AMD (not Intel) and because it had a graphic display adapter specialized in gaming. She loves the laptop and did not have an issue.

This is my first time purchasing a laptop so I was very particular in what kind of laptop/brand to purchase. Best Buy employee was very helpful in explaining to me the differences. I decided to go for the touch screen HP and it works very well and the speed is GREAT! I really do recommend this laptop.

I like this laptop. There’s been a few problems tho with it trying to freeze up. I do play games on it (heavy games) but it lags and freezes a little while watching a show on occasion. I still enjoy it. I just with I payed more attention to it only having two USB plug ins.
