I bought this for my mom and she loved it. The only downside of this computer is the keyboard. They made the keyboard with silver lettering and the writing almost blends perfectly making it hard to see and the keyboard is not back-lit. I had to purchase a keyboard cover and that works perfectly fine.

Wanted a solid state drive and a processor with a decent amount of speed. Accomplished both with this laptop. Also preferred a touch screen and wanted to stay under $500. I did not have a lot of options. I wish the graphics were better but for what the purchase price was I am completely satisfied.

got this laptop for my small online business bc it was on sale @ the time but it's not the best screen display, seems dimmed even when it's brightness is all the way up-- i would recommend getting a wireless mouse bc the touch pad is tricky recently had an issue w/ it shutting off for "over heating" but i hadn't used it in a wk so i'm not sure what happened there-- if you can spend a little extra i would recommend doing so i gave it 2 stars bc it does what it needs to but other than that its worth maybe 1 & i usually don't rate anything below 3

In the past I've had Asus, Dell, Lenovo and HP products. When I decided to get a new laptop for my small business, I found this model is just right for the type of use I needed. The screen size and clarity is perfect. This was an excellent value for a small business laptop.

Got this for my kid - you know home school - looking for at least an 8gb ram unit - and guess what, found this great HP with 12gb ram and a 15.6" touchscreen display, hard drive is a 256gb SSD, with this hard drive and this memory, unit runs so smooth, and was in promo!! it was a great purchase.

I purchased this laptop in the beginning of the pandemic and the experience was wonderful. The contactless pickup protocol was spot on. I ordered online and was able to pick up the laptop in less than an hour. The laptop is awesome. Perfect for school work for my high school kid.

This is a great computer. The screen resolution seems a bit weaker than my last comp (Lenovo Yoga). I’m bummed that this laptop doesn’t convert to a tablet like the Yoga but I never used my Yoga that way anyway, so it’s not a deal breaker.

Didn't give 5stars because of Windows 10 S mode, and silver keyboard... They force you to register with your Microsoft Account to unlock installing apps outside the Microsoft Store. The silver keyboard makes it harder to read the letters.

With all of the online learning that has been going on had to pick this up for the couple of apps from the school the iPad couldn’t handle. For the price as far as I can tell it is a good laptop as I haven’t heard any complaints but still haven’t been really able to get my time to use it.

The 12 GB ram makes a big difference in speed. Got it mostly to do video doctor visits during pandemic. Did not load it up with junk apps. Also, I hated the MS Windows 10 Safe Mode OS. Would not allow me to load some of my favorite software . Switched to Windows 10 Home. Very satisfied.

Honestly this is a really great laptop for the price. This is my first laptop I bought in 2 years and it fits all my needs for work in school. The first thing I did was disable S Mode and install Google Chrome. Sorry not sorry HP. Besides S Mode I really don't have any complaints.

It’s an HP so it’s a good average laptop has a nice look and touchscreen and you can play games just on med settings but overall an awesome medium lvl laptop with good performance for the price you pay just make sure to remove the safety mode so you can download things other then apps

I purchased this for my wife so she could work from home during the stay at home order. She said it worked very good for what she had to do

I bought this computer because my old computer was slowing down and apps would keep crashing on it. This new computer doesn't have those problems, so I'd say mission accomplished. No issues yet and everything on it runs smoothly.

I bought this for my wife to run her cricket. It does everything she needs as far as internet browsing and small tasks for her crafting. I haven't been able to stretch it's legs cause she won't let me use it, but it is more than enough for what she does. Happy wife, happy life!

overall a good laptop have had no issues with it since I got it. My kids have used it to complete their school work. It handles daily task just fine, only issue is that it's not a 1080p screen, but most people won't mind it.

My wife is a teacher and of course during this lockdown while teaching from home, her laptop wouldn't power up. Needed a new laptop quick. This hp fit the need and has been fine for the couple weeks she's been using it.

I love it a lot but there are 2 things I don't one I wish that the characters on the keyboard where in a darker color for me to see and also that the screen is blue and the writing I read is too light and hard for to see

This PC is a great buy! Good bank for your buck. Ryzen Processor and SSD make it fast & efficient. Lightweight with a touchscreen. Great battery, fast charging. Even runs steam very well. I am very happy and satisfied with the purchase!! Recommend to everyone and anyone

Solid laptop, works great, and good value for what you get. My wife received this laptop for Mothers Day to do some of her work and she loves it; processing speed is great and the quality is as expected. Definitely worth the price for your every day laptop!
