This is a nice laptop. Very light. Works good except for youtube. For some reason when I go upstairs it doesn't play youtube videos very well. My other laptop did great until it broke from falling or I use my husbands

Setup was a breeze. Lightweight and ease of use has made this product one that I have been had that I purchased. While I know there are cheaper laptops available, I also know you get what you pay for. This laptop was very reasonably priced and has worked like a champ!

I don't like the on off button. It is so low I can't tell if I actually turned it on and hit the button which is turning it off.. Looking for a firm on off. Video is good.. I am using it to instruct workouts over zoom

The specs are amazing for the price (I got it on special for $499). but the build quality is horrible. It feels like a cheap $200 laptop. The body makes crackling noises every time I touch it. The keyboard and mouse pad are very flimsy and loose. it feels that it will start to fall apart after few months of use. Even my 10 years old Dell still feels more solid. I was afraid to let my kids use it. The touch screen is not very responsive and has a lot of glare. I am returning it after few days of use.

I've been out of the laptop buying game for years. So I was both delighted and skeptical to come across a machine with these specs at the $500ish price point. But I've been very pleased with the responsive touchscreen and the fast bootup. Would definitely buy again!

The laptop seems to be a quality product. The Windows 10S operating system is very disappointing as it does not allow me to load several software packages that I was hoping to use and I am unable to change this.

Good laptop but I’m not happy with the Edge operating system which speaks more about the system than the computer. Great lightweight machine.

I'm in love with my new laptop. I haven't had one in a while so when my kids went into remote learning, I said why not just get a laptop, that way we will have one if we ever need it. It has great features, u can also download apps and games for your pleasure.

I genuinely enjoy this laptop so far! It fulfills all my needs for school work and keeping in contact with coworkers, friends and family. Also has super cute screensavers that change everyday so that’s nice hehe

Starts up fast and shuts down even faster. Is loaded with features. Ease of use is not rated high as Microsoft's Mail program is not necessarly user friendly. I have yet to figure out how to transfer my contacts from old computer (Office 2010) to this computer.

Difficult to say the case build quality, seems very flimsy, not good for kids to be mobile but in adult hands this laptop has plenty of storage and power for your everyday use. I am very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this for my mom and she’s loving it. It’s lightweight and easy to carry. Other than adjusting to a computer with no CD rom, this computer has been a dream to deal with for a woman who’s almost 70.

Sometimes I have to squint to see some of the symbols on the keyboard -- the comma looks much like the period. Difficult for older people. I am still getting used to Windows 10 after using 8.1 for seven years.

The laptop is perfect for what I need it for. The 12 gigs of ram make it extremely quick. The cons are the screen really isnt that great at certain angles. I never use the touch screen either so that doesnt really effect me much.

I am not a hardcore gamer or anything like that, so I just needed a good, solid laptop for home use and this fits the bill. It's lightweight despite a nice-sized screen and completely meets my needs.

Overall, this computer is perfect for "my" usage. With that said, I wish the letters/numbers on the keyboard were easier to read. I have never used a touchscreen, so the getting used to is hard to change.

Even though I could have installed boot camp on my Mac I went this route for some of my windows needs like programming my police scanner, but is also nice to have a portable machine again. This machine handles Windows 10 and Linux very well for my needs.

Purchased this for my daughter for college and we will see how it hold ups once she starts classes. Also purchased the Geek Squad protection plan. The free security software was a bust. Would not download.

I am getting more familiar with this laptop since I bought it 3 months ago. Having a busy schedule, I am looking at what I can use to shortcut time management. My latest is voice automated documentation! A great product with long battery life.

I dont play games, just needed something for emails, social media and light work. This laptop has AMAZING battery life, I haven't plugged it in for over 2 weeks and it held the battery life the whole time so it was ready for me to use when I needed to.
