I ordered a new laptop bc mine crashed and I needed something fast for work. The Best Buy arrived quickly but the techies had been able to fix my old laptop. Returning the Best Buy laptop could not have been easier. Their customer service is excellent!

Enjoying this purchase so far so good. I am glad I started with this purchase as my first purchase. So when I get something else I will be able to compare from my personal experiences.

Large touchscreen and very responsive keyboard. Fast and loads in no time. Touchpad is directly under the keyboard which for a large handed person is an issue. While typing my palm will touch the pad and cause the cursor position to move error out.

Keypad is hard to see. For non-professional rupees, hard to see the letters/numbers unless it’s hit by correct lighting. Would have been nice if letters/numbers were black instead of sane color as keys

This is an excellent laptop for basic users! It's responsive and fast for the price! In my opinion the screen is above average in color and clarity. I bought it for my dad and he loves it! My dad is 91 years old and writes novels.

It’s a good little laptop but It just wasn’t quick enough, I ended up trading in for an intel based pc with a quicker processor and more memory and storage

Great computer for the price!!!!!!!!! I’ve had this computer for one week and it’s perfect actually I’m a little surprise graphics speed Flawless. I could be a zoom video conferencing sharing my screen videos PowerPoint no problems. Over all A+.

I needed a new laptop for basic home and work-from-home use. This was a great upgrade from my previous one. It was easy to setup and has plenty of space and speed for my needs. The price was very reasonable for the value, so I'm quite satisfied.

Like the new windows 10, however, it needs many upgrades to run applications, and to download the "basic" antivirus that came with the laptop's. S mods needs numerous patches to allow us to run and load applications and other antivirus programs.

I bought it as a gift for my wife. Personally, I don't like Windows because it gave us a lot of problems from the beginning. You can't install any other browser or any other app that is not in their Microsoft Store. There is an unreliable option they call "Switch Off S Mode" so you can install whatever you want however, it didn't work for us. Their Microsoft Explorer sucks and it's no longer "technically supported" and Microsoft Edge (if properly updated) works "ok" In summary, Microsoft became extremely restrictive and you can work ONLY with their software.

I am in love with this laptop. Reboots fast, no lagging, screen is crisp, able to play online games with no issues. Perfect keyboard key size. I spend hours on it, battery life is pretty fair with lots of streaming and gaming.

I haven't had no problem with the computer or the process of ordering online. Was a speedy no contact pick up. I just only wish the company keyboard light up but other than that no complaints.

I thought this computer was a great deal for a school computer. However, the frustrating issue I have is with the S mode of windows. I'm in college and taking classes online so it requires me to download a Lockdown Browser and canvas courses work best with Google Chrome browser. The S mode does not allow these applications to be downloaded so I switched out of S mode. Well here I am trying to open the applications to finish some assignments and the computer reverted me back into S mode and trying to switch back out is frustrating because I keep getting an error. I think I'm going to switch back to a Mac because I never had this issue before. I was honestly hoping for better but still disappointed in windows operating systems.

I am pleased with the new laptop that I purchased last month. It had been nearly 8 years since my last purchase, so the improvements are amazing!

Keyboard layout with ten-key on the side is great for text and data analytics. Battery life exceeds what I exxpected.

Would have liked to see the description break down that 2gb of the memory is dedicated to the Vegas graphics vs saying 12 gb memory. It's not a lie but not 100% accurate for the average user

This is a great laptop for a beginner such as myself. I bought the laptop with never having owning one to try and learn the basics of a laptop and do some online courses. Seems pretty simple and i will be starting online classes in June.

This HP model laptop seems to be pretty good for a student. It would have been 4 stars but I wish I would have purchased the one with backlit keyboard. Other than that....it’s nice so far.

I'm having a difficult time with the colors. I've Googled the problem, and it seems that a lot of other people have had the same problem. Other than that, I do love my new HP laptop.

Wonderful display screen, however; fan blows really loud when cooing. Camera poor quality. Very blury.
