I've never had a laptop that's comfortable to use. This one is perfect. The keys are set up so they're easy to type, I love the 10 key option and even though the laptop is bigger because of that, it's very lightweight and compact.

This has been a great computer for personal home use. It is not used for "gaming" but for occasional word games, social media and email. It is easy to use and takes up little space with great speed and memory for the price.

Got the computer and after a month, 2 keys broke off. It appears like the computer has to go back.

It is the perfect size both in screen dimension and storage capacity. I am a novice with laptops (have always used a desktop). I have absolutely nothing negative to say and would definitely recommend this laptop to my friends.

This laptop is great and has become the family laptop. It was easy to set up and the screen is wide and clear. The body of the laptop is plastic so it kind of makes it feel fragile. Im glad I bought this laptop.

Good processing power and setup for a student. Bought for my 7 year old for online school and it has more processing power than she needs and is durable. Battery life is good as well. I like the large screen for her as well

I’ve had this for several months and really like it. Good speed. Very light weight. The only thing I would prefer is a back kit keyboard. The touch pad is easier to use than most, and the touch screen is great.

I purchased this laptop for my mother. This computer is perfect for her small business needs. Fast system, clear screen, and many customizable options. Definitely would recommend. Would wish design included more USB ports.

I bought this as a promotion present for my teenager going to high school next school year. It has been great so far with his online work. It’s lightweight and easy to set up. I highly recommend this laptop for schoolwork.

Boots up right away. I like the numbers keypad. My previous laptop had a black keyboard with white lettering. I find the silver keyboard with black lettering a little harder to read. All the features are easy to use.

Overall it is very nice Laptop with many features, nice sound and be interchangeable with several programs and screens. It gives you a lot for the money. Highly recommended.

Owned the laptop for about a month, use primarily for excel and web browsing, gets the job done. Worth the extra costs for the 12gb processor compared to other value laptops.

Personally, I think this computer handles well, but at first it can easily shut down because of overheating. Thankfully, HP did find a solution so it wouldn't happen again.

Just the laptop I needed to finish college. Received this laptop as a gift for father's day and I have been attached ever since. I tackle all of my school tasks and enjoy leisure activities endlessly on this device.

The new computer is faster and the geek service was ok. The corona operation of the store made you CRM poor, and some CRM’s appeared afraid and unable to discuss the setup.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations. It's everything I need and more. Super fast with literally zero issues in the month that I've had it. Definitely recommend to anyone from a beginner to a pro. It has it all.

My daughter's computer broke right before her AP tests. We quickly went and bought this computer after a recommendation from a friend. This computer worked great and will be helpful for her when she attends college.

Simple computer to operate. Does not need any fancy gadgets. The only thing that would make this a better computer, is if the keyboard lite up....like the HP Elitebook.
