I love the computer, the only drawback is Windows 10, it's very hard to navigate and use. The 15 inch screen is just right for me, I miss having the attached DVD ROM. But other than that it's a great computer. Thanks

I got this laptop when I needed to temporarily work from home. It is very easy to use. Nice and lightweight. Highly recommend.

I bought this laptop to replace another one. This was a great deal and a good machine for the price. Best Buy had very fast shipping it came sooner than I had expected. I would very much reccomend Best Buy and HP.

I purchased this for my wife who is a transcriber and she really loves this machine......the 12gb of ram helps with her multitasking...,,,,,Don’t waste your time with the other machines.....this one is awesome.

Good laptop for basic things like using the Internet or Microsoft Office. Quality is what I expected for the price. Don't love the touchscreen, I would prefer a regular screen, but the touchscreen does work fine.

I was a little worried that this laptop would be filled with unwanted apps and such but to my surprise it wasn’t. Runs fast and has a lot more memory than my old laptop. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I am satisfied with this computer. I had an easy time adjusting to this computer with few changes from our old computer. I would recommend this model to others.

Computer does what I need it to do for the most part. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that it can't handle 2 or 3d graphics. I really miss playing Bejewelled 3

For my level of working with laptops, this laptop meets all of my needs. Additionally, my salesperson, Brian, asked me questions of what I would need/want/use in my laptop to assure I purchased the right one.

It performs exactly as expected and is working how I have hoped it would. Overall, I wish it was a little bit faster when processing applications and during startup.

I had an HP before and knew I probably wanted another. Well, I wanted lighter and smaller in size and I love this one. It does everything I need and probably more. I would definitely recommend this one.

This product came at a great price and the specs are amazing. This is my travel computer and it's nice and easy to place in a messenger bag. The battery lasts long and I just love HP.

We really wanted a computer that could keep up with today's graphic-laden websites. This is it! The 12 GB of RAM makes all the difference with web surfing. Plus the SSD can access files incredibly fast!

Since school is only available online now my baby boy needed something better than the clunker he was using. The laptop was available at a great price. He loves his new laptop and whizzes through his work now.

I was so happy to get this computer, however, I am ultimately annoyed as it keeps going black after literally 1 minute of no activity. I have tried to adjust screen savers, which is not turned on. However, the display should stay on indefinitely until I shut it down and/or turn on a screen saver after however many minutes of no activity. The settings are all set to not go black or go idle, but still keeps happening. My daughter bought the same computer and it is doing it to hers too.

I purchased this computer online with curbside pickup during pandemic. This is something that I wouldn’t ordinarily do without seeing it in person. Well my expectations were above and beyond!! Great buy!!

So far the laptop has done everything we need it to do. It is used for office, browsing and remoting in for work. I would recommend moving up to the 512 GB drive.

Great laptop for the price! Only issue is I can’t seem to turn off the sound when I type even after turning it off in settings. Doesn’t really bother me though.
