I use this laptop to provide telehealth services. It works well except it doesn’t always pick up my voice if I am not speaking directly to the microphone. I added an external mic which solved the problem.

Picture quality especially during video conferencing for class is just what I needed! This device makes learning that much more fun and it's simple to navigate.

If I knew that s mode would not allow me to download ANYTHING other than Microsoft programs then I wouldn’t have purchased. Not only can I not use this to work remotely from office computer but you can’t even use iCloud. There is no work around and you can’t change the settings to allow downloading. It’s completely blocked. Unless you are buying this for you young child then do not buy. I even bought another version of Microsoft home (another wasted amount of money) but still can’t get rid of s mode.

Love this new Touch Screen Laptop. Very nice screen, slim easy to use. Wish it had little more memory, purchased a external hard drive to go with it.

I bought this laptop for my son for his birthday. The only complaint he had was the keys on the keyboard do not light up. This model does not have that option.

This computer is really nice it talks to you while setting up lightweight touchscreen. Has so many features. If your looking for a nice computer consider this one for durability features and price.

This was another graduation gift that I purchased. It fell right in line with all the changes caused by the pandemic. This will be great for the online classes she has as a freshman in college.

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FOR KIDS SCHOOL WORK AND ZOOM MEETINGS. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH SPEED PICTURE QUALITY AND GRAPHICS. THE WEBCAM IS EXCELLENT. GREAT FOR MULTIPLE SCREEN BEING OPEN AT SAME TIME.

I have enjoyed using this computer and doing home schooling with my grandkids. We have also had to do many Zoom and Google Classroom events and my laptop has been a real asset for me and the kids.

Nice entry level PC I got for my mom. Nothing fancy, just a solid state hard drive, boots fast. No complaints quite yet. She uses it every day.

i play the sims on here for hours. my game has alot of mods but this laptop takes it like a pro! no lagging no super overheating after hours of use. super great product i dont regret buying!

This is our first laptop purchase ever. It is for my 6th grader in preparation for virtual classes this next school year. It is very user friendly and has lots of options and storage space.

just didn't like that I had to get out of s mode by resetting to factory settings. No one at Microsoft would or could help me. Otherwise good computer.

Very happy with my new laptop. Larger screen, but very lightweight. Really like side numerical keyboard as I work with spreadsheets and numbers quite a bit. Very happy with this purchase.

It adequately performs needed tasks but doesn’t have an ethernet port which is very important for stable communication especially on video conferencing.

I needed a new computer and being quarantined, why not? I wanted to make sure I had enough memory and this one does. I must admit, I do wish there was a lighted keyboard. Great buy and price.

I bought this laptop just for school work and watching Hulu and Netflix. Runs just fine and does what I need it to do. Plus it’s got lots of memory. Highly recommended. Great for its price!
