It is working okay for me right now. I still have to install a few things like Microsoft Office, which I will eventually have to buy at some point.

The IPAD is a user friendly small computer you can carry with you anywhere you go. All that is needed is a WIFI connection and you are ready to go.

My wife was looking for something not too big but not too small for school. So I went with this & she loves it. Wish I could give better details on the lap top but I don’t get to use it lol

My granddaughter loves her new computer. It’s stylish, light weight. It had all the needed programs for doing reports, making a Power Point presentation, etc. Plus the price was excellent.

This laptop is great! I would prefer companies include Ethernet on a device advertised to have a fast connection wifi isn’t stable.

My daughter is using this to finish her Bachelor's degree. It replaced the previous HP i bought her 5 years ago. sturdy and no issues so far.

This is a very nice laptop. It was the display laptop so had a few scratches and didn't have any documents which I knew when it was purchased.

For what I need it for the HP Laptop is fully effective for the tasks at hand have not had it long enough to run into any problems with operations.

I bought this laptop for my son. Due to the online schooling, it has worked out well. A bit bigger than I expected but has good speed and easy use.

Easy and fast to get invoice. The product was fast and delivered to my house on the next day! We are happy to get it and open it on the next day.

This is the one my wife uses. She hated her old Lenovo so we dumped it and went back to HP. She loves it. Got it on sale and had great help from our sales consultant at the BB store.

Nice laptop. Works well. Not impressed with the Windows 10 S. Had to remove it as it wouldn't let me download apps that I've been using & need.

I get less strain on my carpal tunnel with this keyboard than I have with many others. The processing speed is nice and it was easy for me to learn to use having switched from Windows 7.

good pc for the price only drawback is the silver keyboard...hard to see letters especially punctuation keys..ie comma period etc

Out of the Box the Laptop has been super user friendly. I have poor eye site so the size of the screen has been a great bonus. The battery last 10-12 hours without needing a recharge.

I was going to Alaska for a few months and needed a new laptop. No place had anything I wanted or I could not get before I left. Best buy delivered the next day!! Talk about wonderful.

I was going to purchase a similar laptop where I would have to add RAM. I saw this one on sale for a little cheaper and it had everything I needed. The delivery time was also quicker.

Geek Squad helped me to transfer files from my old laptop and all is great. it is easy to use, moving forward is seamless and lots of new features to enjoy. Ben up and going 48 hours

Purchased this computer for lots of zoom meetings that we had to do. The picture quality is amazing. The sound is perfect. We are super happy with this purchase and would buy again.
