Wish I would have looked a little harder and gotten a computer with a CD/DVD drive. Otherwise good buy, I have always liked HP products.

Bought this for my gf for school. She immediately fell in love with it after an hour of use. Was a huge upgrade in speed and picture quality compared to her chromebook.

Easy to set up, had no problems. I will be using this laptop for graphics, so will need to install Photoshop. I do not expect to have any issues. Very pleased with purchase.

Solid, reliable, great all-around laptop. Bought for a teacher to remote-teach during COVID 19 and it met every task put in front of it. Great camera for Zoom, Skype, etc.

OK Laptop for the price.....mouse/trackpad not much to be desired. Overall OK for the time being.

Powerful processor, lots of ram, decent storage. Great laptop for the value. Wish it had a little bit better of a screen and web camera... But that's just me being picky.

Wanted a laptop to surf the web and use for music. This laptop is more than adequate at performing those task which is all i asked for. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase.

I love the laptop, struggled with getting Chrome on my computer due to Microsoft Edge. But outside of that great product. Love HP.

After many hours of playing games, running programming software and all other sorts of applications i can say i am very pleased with the deal and quality of this product.

Actually like the laptop but after weeks the screen suddenly just blanked out to white. After shut down and restart... just a white screen. Hooked up external monitor through HDMI port and was able to log in and see everything. Worked with HP support and had it sent Fed Ex for repair 2-4 weeks. Laptop speed and overall performance was good, I probably just happen to get the one with the flimsy graphics adapter cable.

I had to buy a new computer because I could not get in to the Geek Squad to get my old one fixed. My new one would not except Google Crome because of Microsoft Edge S. I had problems getting rid of S but could not load the Geek Squad’s software so they could help me. I ended up getting a contract with Online Geek for 150 bucks but at least after 3 or4 hours I have Crome Wish the Geek Squad could have accepted appointments.

good laptop, resolution leaves a lot to be desired and it will get old fast

I love HP computers. This is my second lap top, unfortunately the first one died from a collision with a split Pepsi soda.

I dont really like this laptop. Not Google friendly. Poor font color and unable to change it. After many discussions finally got appointment with Geek Squad in the store because those who schedule in home appointments dont ever have a Saturday appointment EVER!! and that is my only day off. Very unhappy with the Geek Squad situation. Why pay for it if they aren't available. Most unhappy with this entire situation

Fun to use good, fast, and A great screen. I wish the keyboard had lights like the cheaper hp I used at work. Over all good laptop

Price effective and good neat laptop . Does everything what’s expected . I had to go for return as it was little big for my wife .

I picked this up when we had to start working from home. Works great while running multiple applications. Also great with media, watching movies and TV. Would recommend.
