Got this as a result of school being out and we needed to have a functional computer for the kids to utilize and it has certainly lived up to expectations so far.

I am enjoying getting to know my new HP and am thrilled to have a new laptop being as it’s been 11 years since my last. Daniel was very helpful and informative.

It has been quite awhile since I upgraded my laptop, so far so good. Just need to learn the new features but enjoy learning.

Laptop meets expectations. I set it up myself but am waiting for scheduled appt.. to check my setup and confirm security.

Unfortunately, the product I received was defective. The monitor was flickering a black screen every other second. However, with the little time that I had with it, the laptop was not the best. It did not leave me with the impression to file for an exchange but for a return instead. Upon shopping, specifications wise, it all sounds great and pretty high end. Once you receive the product in-hand, the built is very poor. The quality does not feel smooth to hand.

Got this computer to replace an 8yr laptop. Got a great deal on this model and I am learning all the new things that this computer has that my old didn't.

Just got this today. The vent fan is directly above the keyboard and the fan is loud.

I am very happy with my new laptop. It has all the features I needed and a couple I didn't know I wanted. I was fortunate to purchase my computer on sale!

Very smooth and enjoyable I’m a writer and spend most of my time writing in my bed. So the Wright and quality is great.

Screen looks a little blurry but other than that it works great. I can even play some demanding games with its vega 8 card. I love the design and its light

Nice lap top. It would be better to have the keys in black instead of silver. A user manual should have been provided,

Great product but if you have a little problem with your sight try to get the one with the key board that lights up.

Works very nicely. Such a sleek laptop and works efficiently. Bought one for my sister and she loves it. Recommended!

Decent laptop with a good screen. All around good specs, will be great for most students who just need a laptop.

This isn't exactly a gaming computer but perfect for everyday tasks, basic software which is 99% of what we do. Couldn't beat the price point

Runs well, very reliable. I use it everyday and never have any problems.

The laptop seemed to be put together poorly, the power button is hard to press and use. The area surrounding the keyboard makes a noise like it is loose, very time you type something. And the lid/screen is super thin, I opened it a and the backside hit the corner of a book, and cracked the display. I unfortunately did not buy the warranty plan, so I now have a one month old paper weight.

Happy with this HP laptop- great for all my needs Not much selection available when purchase was made but glad I bought this model- very satisfied!

My mom loves her new laptop. Extremely user friendly, with a lot of great features. She is able to get all of her work done effortlessly.
