    I have just begun to operate windows 10 and it wants to set up with things I don;t understand and want. It has me stymied and the help connections are not helping, I have been trying for 3 weeks. I signed up for 365 personal because it had Acces and it seems to be hidden in the software. Geek squad is not helping.
