I've had a problem with downloading most things. They don't pass the virus scan. This has kept me from getting several items I've needed for things like my classes in proofreading and now my proofreading for clients. I have had to get another laptop for that work. However, the computer works well otherwise. It has a nice touch screen that works very well, and the screen is large enough to make out most detail. If I am finding it difficult to see fine print, it can enlarge without much loss of detail.

This was a great investment to do everything I needed to do. Very fast, keyboard feels great, touch pad is just sensitive enough, and the 256gb SSD is perfect for everyday use.

I was in need of a new PC and decided on this one. Extremely light weIght and the speed is super fast. I have no complaints thus far and the price was just under $500.00.

I like this laptop. It would help if it had a backlit keyboard but I compared a lot of computers before I made my purchase. A lot of computers don’t come with backlit keyboards and I think that should be a standard from now on. The set up is easy but it took me while to get used the new features. I love the silver color and that you’re able to personalize a lot of features on the screen, the welcome button, the way you see the files that pop up with color schemes and it’s touch screen.

Great computer. It has everything I need without being too expensive. Easy to use and the touch screen is my favorite part.

We purchased this and it has not disappointed. My son can do his virtual learning, play games, and he is currently writing a book! Great laptop at a reasonable price.

This is a great product. Light weight, my daughter use this for her online class. She Use it by herself and enjoys the touch screen feature. Screen is wide enough.

Looking for a bargain in a laptop with enough screen to see easily and plenty of working memory and processing power? This is it! And the price is right. Some may need more local hard disk apace, but we rely on OneDrive cloud storage for critical data, so this was a great trade-off. Add to that HP reliability and you have a winning combination. The one minor criticism we offer is that silver keys with light markings require careful typing even for us aging boomers who took typing in high school...

This is an upgrade from my last laptop of 10 years or more. I absolutely love the touch screen on this. It is light weight and slim line. I could not be more happier.

Works fast. The Touch screen is fantastic, it majes easier the job. The side screen is perfect, you can see two Windows at same time. IT is súper light. I love it

Best $500 Laptop you can buy. Its got speed, and can handle some decent gaming (Fortnite on lowest settings with zero lag). what more can you ask for?

Bought this laptop to use for my doctoral studies. Works perfectly, is super light weight despite its large size, and love the touch screen feature.

It is a great laptop. I enjoy the touch screen features and it operates quickly. However, the battery drains quickly even with the brightness all the way turned down and the battery on power save mode. This is not what I expect from this laptop. As much as I like the laptop, the battery issue will make me have to return it.

It runs great and is pretty steady for playing videos games and coding programs, is also touchscreen which is a plus I didn’t know that when I bought it I store

The price is attractive. The speed of this computer is very fast because of its SSD, and 256GB is sufficient for my needs. The design is also good. Love it!

But for the lack of backlighting it's exactly what I wanted. Remarkably easy set-up; I didn't even need to contact the Geek Squad. Love the touch screen.

Easy setup lots of memory and great finance plan. Gaming is not too bad on this pc either. I will give another review after I’ve had it for 6 months.

For the price point we paid it’s great. We love the laptop it’s a mid tear but great. We had a sales person help us at Best Buy to pick this laptop.
