Almost wish I hadn't bought it

It is not as stable as I am accustomed to, and some functions seem more complicated, such as switching between programs. I'm having to get much help to be able to use it. Plus Microsoft seems to block applications that it doesn't sell.

Doesn’t hold a charge

Fan never turned off even when in idle. Returned after 1 week. It’s garbage. Don’t waste your time or money.

Overheating issues 1.5 months after purchase

As it was still under warranty, I sent computer to HP for repair. They have had the computer over a month now with no signs that it will be repaired anytime soon. HP is willing to make all sorts of promises about "next week" with regards to repair or replacement, but 5 times thus far they have called a week later with more promises about "next week". They are willing to offer a downgraded replacement, or reimbursement if I order a replacement elsewhere. Was a pretty good computer for the 1.5 months it worked though.
