Bought this for my 64 Yr mom for Mother’s Day. She does light power point, flier making, and runs her budget and things of that nature. The online promotion had a deal for office 365 so I ordered that as well. The computer literally “talked” my mom through set up. It had been years since she’s gotten a new computer. She says it’s so nice and intuitive. So fast and light compared to what she’s had in the past. Great buy, mommas happy I’m happy!

Had my laptop for about a month now! So far it's really nice and very fast! Didn't think I would actually use the touch screen but it's pretty cool!

Got this incredibly cheap one day and don’t regret it. Super fast laptop, amazing specs and works great.

This so far seems to be a great laptop and does everything we need it to, but the track pad is very large and very sensitive. We find ourselves clicking on things while typing because it is right where your thumbs rest and it's very sensitive. Not sure you can turn that down or not, but otherwise great battery life and works well for the price. Touch screen seems good too.

I was checking for a computer since my old one was not working too well. I found this one and so far it works very fast. I love the touch screen.

We got this for 470.00 and it was a great deal and am glad we got it. Its color calibration was way off and we initially thought there was an issue with the monitor all color was washed out. I tried lowering the brightness but nothing worked. It was actually adjusting the gama through windows finally fixed it. To get to calibration type the word calibrate in the windows search box a calibrate display color option comes up click on it then next in lower right corner. you will also need to open the amd raedon settings in the installed programs from the start menu so both are open at the same time some settings are done with raedon some with windows but you watch the windows calibrate image (it has hidden shadows that need to show or hide so works well). Once color corrected it seems fine. Battery life is good we play games while plugged in as battery life is about 3 hours while playing games longer if browsing. Sims plays well and my wife is really enjoying it Its light and so much better then the old heavy laptop she used to have definitely worth the upgrade. My other laptop has a backlit keypad and I type so much better on it so it would have been nice. We are glad with the features for the price and so glad we didn't get one of the cheaper laptops.

The computer is great, Nice speed and capacity. Graphics are cool. I like keyboard and mouse sensitivity.

It is so lite, I thought I picked my son's toy computer. Seem pretty fast, I bought it for my church and my pastor really likes what it does.

This was the best combination of storage, RAM, and processor speed that we could find in approximately 15" machine. So far it has support us well with on-line learning currently. It boots incredibly fast and has decent screen resolution. As noted by others the fan is a little loud, but not terrible to interrupt a zoom or webex session. Didn't give 5 stars since we've only had it a month and want to see how well it holds up over the long-term.

This computer is exactly what I was looking for. An affordable computer with a touch screen and super fast. I have recommended to others!

The laptop comes in S mode, which is not compatible with any non-Windows security. The Trend Micro security that is given for free with this purchase will not work unless the S mode is disabled. Though I am happy with the product, I am unhappy with the Best Buy help desk in their lack of awareness of this and another problem with the use of an external webcam freezes. I spent a lot of time and frustration trying to troubleshoot these issues.

I bought this for my husband. The computer is really fast, lightweight and the touchscreen makes it really easy to navigate. He loves it!

I love the laptop. It's not heavy to carry. The battery does go by quick but it isn't such a problem.

Switching out of S mode gives you a free Mcafee subscription but it fails to install properly. Definitely some setbacks-updates take a long time and once (in the first month of ownership) it ran so hot it shut down. I am former Mac user and my general opinion is that for the price this is a good laptop. $500 vs $2100 for a comparable macbook pro.

This computer works fast and had a quick easy set up. I like the touch screen and the number pad which make my work go smoother.

This is a good, speedy little laptop for the price. The only con is a fairly low resolution screen in comparison to the rest of the hardware. However, if you are not going to be doing a lot of gaming or video watching on it and/or plan to hook into a larger monitor for regular daily use, it is perfectly sufficient and a very good bargain.

Easy to set up and begin using!! Touch screen, tons of storage and a great value for the money!! Very happy with this purchase!

So far, I am happy with this laptop. It works well and is faster than my last laptop. The sale price was extremely reasonable.
