Got to say for the money I couldn’t got a better laptop, it’s fast and enough memory for me..

This is a good middle of the road laptop that functions as advertised. The display is not amazing, but I appreciate the fact that it’s touch screen and the camera works decently. I’m happy with my purchase, since I only stream video and use it for light duty. If you need a gaming laptop or more processing power I would look elsewhere.

I love this laptop. I've been working in fundraising for 20 years and was always provided with Dell laptops for work purposes. This extremely affordable laptop blows them all away. Fast processing, fast boot up, HD screen is adequate, touch screen, battery lasts long, good amount of jacks, number pad. It is a little flimsy but if you take care of your stuff in general, you shouldn't have any issues. Thank you for a great product at a low price (I paid $469 at bestbuy.com)

This laptop is super fast and it is very powerful. The keyboard is super nice and the power supply last very long.

This laptop runs a bit slow on YouTube and the vent make a little bit of noise but other than that this is a really good laptop. It’s size is positively huge and super tech, this is great for only $500!

This Hewlett Packard computer is so light it feels like a toy! It has a regular size screen so it will fit any regular size backpack. The AMD processor works fine. It is not better or worse than Intel. With 12 Gigabytes of memory you can multitask very comfortably... But, what is amazing about this laptop is its weight. You have to be careful not to break it cause it feels so fragile. It feels it; but it is not. However, I would recommend putting a protector on it, just in case. Enjoy!

Best overall lab top for the money. Bought it for a present for my parent and they love it. Fast enough.

love that I can watch 2 movies in a row at 2 1/2 hours each before I need to plug in! love how fast it is! So Light!

The laptop is easy to use and operates very nicely. The HP Startup software easily walked me through the computer setup and updates. I do like to use a mouse vs the small trackpad on this laptop, and the screen resolution can become troublesome with some viewing situations. Spending an additional $150 for these upgraded features didn't meet my needs and are easily adjusted to daily activities.

This laptop works well for me! It's thin and light. The screen size is not too small. I don't have to strain to see the letters and numbers on the full keyboard. I've never had a touch-screen, and I'm loving this feature. 12GB is plenty of memory for basic things I do. The processor speed is a plus to maneuver around the internet or among personal files quickly. The camera quality works well for ZOOM & Skype. I'm very pleased with this laptop and it's price!

Bought as a gift for my mother in law who was in desperate need of a new laptop. This definitely exceeded our expectations. She lives in a rural area with WiFi that isn't the best, but the laptop booted up great and loaded web pages significantly faster than her previous laptop. Laptop was also easy to setup.

My mom needs easy and fast. This was a perfect laptop for her needs. It is also light for her to move around.

Battery use up fast. The weight is good. I am just not satisfied with battery

I got this for my Doctoral studies for the ease of using full functioning Word with it. I wanted a computer specifically for school work only and I chose this. I do really like it and it’s fantastic with the touchscreen that helps a lot. However, sometimes it gets annoying because I don’t feel like the touchpad is the greatest. It could be that I’m just used to using Apple products.

I bought this on significant discount. I would nolt buy this at regular price. Very fast. Need to go to hp.com to update the drivers (HDMI port worked after I did this) Only 3 USB ports. One will be used for an external SSD (this one only comes with 256GB SSD). No ethernet jack, so I bought a USB 3.0 ethernet adapter (one with USB ports on it). Overall it was a good buy for me.

Fast. Easy to use. Good quality computer! Thinking about buying a 2nd as 2 in my house have school online.
