    I have owned a few HP computers and I've always been satisfied. This Laptop has not been a good experience. Be advised, Windows 10 S will not allow you to download Google unless you get rid of the S drive. You have to use Microsoft as a search engine. If you do remove the S drive (and it 'is a one shot deal - you can't go back), the system becomes slow and sticks. Geek Squad (who are terrific) made a fix today that made the system better, but now I'm stuck with a faded font text that I'm unable to change. This has been my experience so far. Not happy. Also, now 2 weeks after the purchase, the laptop is marked down another $100.
