THIS RATING IS FOR BEST BUY. POOR customer service. Best Buy somehow delivered it to another address and misspelled my last name! They thought that I lived on Benny Way which in fact is NOT true. I filled out the form! Not sure how they did that. In addition to that they wanted me to wait at least a week before they would send anther computer to me! UNACCEPTABLE! They sent it to the wrong address....OVERNIGHT another computer to me. I needed it for a conference call that I was going to have on Saturday. i CANCELED OUT.

My package was stolen and Best Buy did absolutely nothing to figure out whether the delivery driver did it. I was told I would get a replacement and I never got one. Absolutely ridiculous store and the best place to waste your money

Bad quality honestly my mouse pad came still the computer itself is dull and slow if you are 60 I guess I would recommend because it can not keep up with todays laptops

The computer screen is not what I thought it would be. It is very old school looking and sensitive for the eyes

The track pad kept sticking and it wouldn’t connect to my WiFi.

Hasn’t worked right since I got it. Keeps disconnecting from networks every 5 to 10 minutes. Junk

i thought it was something else but it else would recommend to a non gamer tho

I though this was a legit laptop, unfortunately, it is a notebook that uses apps. Not what I expected.

Horrible network connectivity issues. Wifi kept dropping due to DHCP server not responding and not reaching default gateway. I tried all sort of fixes and so did HP. I finally just returned it to the store. Garbage!

Does not stay connected to the internet. Glitches out frequently. Very slow loading. Waste of money and time

Never got it the dell i waited for 20 to 29 days to know dont have it in stock

Mouse pad is too touchy and I can't figure out how to turn off the pad

I thought this computer was working pretty good. Not even two months old, and the screen is fliquering.

Computer feels used instead of brand new which is what I got.

It shows it's a touch screen but I'm unable to touch the screen

The product was great, but bestbuy needs to know that Citibank is the worse company ever to deal with customer service wise.

I am quite pleased with the touchscreen, speed and operation of my new laptop. My only caution to others before you buy this (and the main reason I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5) is because it comes with Windows 11 S Mode. I am still educating myself more about this unfamiliar system feature and have had to download Microsoft Store programs to replace programs blocked by S Mode. If you are already familiar with S Mode, this is a great laptop for everday tasks.

I love my laptop! It’s the first one I brought and I have no problems. It’s fast, the screen is big enough and it has a lot of features featuring Microsoft word, PowerPoint, office, excel etc.

This was my 3rd laptop I've purchased recently. This one has the features I really wanted - touchscreen and backlit keyboard, as well as the 8 GB memory. The only downside is that it doesn't have a side number pad, and was told HP isn't putting them on the majority of computers. I did buy an external one though.
