Easy cheap laptop dedicated to school use. Keys seems cheap but not much is expected quality wise when you buy on the lower end of the price scale.

Works perfect for my gaming and application needs. Even after years of use it still is working and function as new.

I like the light weight of this computer. The mousepad is difficult to use. I just bought this computer a few months ago and already need RAM, it runs slow. If you like to have a lot of tabs open simultaneously, this is not the computer for you. Just very basic uses only.

I use this for my work creating lessons and it is great!

This laptop has been great for my needs which are using MS 365 Office, browsing the internet, and using google docs. It has a camera so you can use Zoom as well. The keyboard has bigger keys which is a nice feature. The on button is in an odd spot and it only has two ports for printer, mouse, keyboard. I'm old school so I prefer them connected to my computer. These means I have to unplug my keyboard and plug in my printer. Just get another port to add these. Overall a great price for a decent computer.

This purchase was critical as it was needed right away. The price was affordable at the time.

amazing laptop worth the price really fast processor

Great product!! I love it is very easy to use, very understandable. I bought it half way through my school year since my first HP broke. This was great to finish my school and for personal use. Definetly would buy HP every time.

Great product, arrived on time. Easy to start and set up, ideal for my daily task and work duties. The display and the quality are just beautiful.

I bought this laptop yesterday, Sunday, 6/2/24. I iust have to return it about 4 hours later. It was on sale yesterday, and i got $200 discount. The issue was that when I tried to switch out of the S mode of window 11, i can’t. I kept getting the same message: “ something is not ready, try again “ but when i click on try again tab, it didn’t go through and had the same message anyway. I guessed Microsoft blocked this feature. I tried to do different ways, but it didn’t let me switch out of the S mode. Microsoft just made it harder for users. The only browser on the laptop is Microsoft Edge. When I tried to download Google Chrome, it said that I have to switch out of the S mode, but when I click on the switch out tab, it didn’t go through. I went back to Microsoft Edge browser, tried to download the Zoom app, it said that the Zoom app was not from Microsoft. I got stuck. I have used HP laptop for many years, last time I had a window 10, I was able to disable the S mode. But this time I really gave up with the Microsoft Window 11. I was so disappointed.

This is a great laptop. Good bang for your buck. At this price point it's able to do all the common office tasks and works great.
