Very good laptop for the price. It’s the 3rd one I have purchased for members of my family.

This is a replacement for a previous HP laptop I had used for 10 years. Thought it was time for an upgrade. I am happy to find another HP that is very similar in feel to my old one. It was an easy transistion.

This is a great laptop for school things and it has enough memory as well.

This is the second one of these I have purchased for work. The last one I bought in 2017. Worked amazingly and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, I am clumsy and dropped the last one so it had to be replaced.

This computer is a touch screen and price is reasonable.

Would recommend for best overall value for a plug & play laptop model.

I needed a back-up computer while mine was undergoing repairs. This works great - and will be super for traveling as it is smaller than my regular one. The display is not as bright as my regular one - but I think I can do something to make it better. Have to investigate.

Great Laptop, I ended up buying a second one, I keep one at home and take one with me everywhere.

I’m a tad bit upset because I purchased this computer open box, excellent condition which you would think was cool. But obviously there is something wrong with it. And when I went to then HP site they said I only had 7 months of warranty left. That the warranty was activated in April. But I purchased it in August. Then the online customer service at HP disconnect and never send me an email follow up or anything. And I needed help with set up and have questions about something not functioning right but they say the first 90 days was all I had to do that. Ummmmm like I said I only purchased it not even 2 1-2 weeks before contacting them. So is Best Buy lying and selling me a computer that someone else had and they refurbished? That’s not what I paid for
