    This is my 2nd HP laptop. My previous one that I had for 8 years and took traveling with me had an issue with the battery overheating so I got this one. My ONLY issue with it is the speakers are on the bottom, so even at 85% volume, I can hardly hear it. Other than that, I love it!

    Nice product great price. The staffs are very friendly and help in explaining everything about the systems. And my daughter is using the system if I will buy another system I will buy it over and over again

    Got this laptop in Jan. 2025. It is Nov. 2025 and although still running fast, it now makes a constant noise. It sounds like a fan. When I pick it up, it stops but when I put it down on a flat surface, the noise is amplified.
