bought this laptop as a replacement for a older laptop and to my disappointment, my older laptop is much faster than this one. this has better specs but it is way to slow. i have been using my mac book air to sur the web, because this thing is so slow especially when on Amazon and some other sites. this thing slower than a turtle.

Have no problems yet.The buttons are not back lit.

Overall it’s decent it does what it needs to do. The pixel quality is not the best though

Disappointed in the HD display. I thought it wouldn't matter for my usage but the HD screen only shows part of what the FHD screen on my prior computer showed. This means I have to move down or over to the right to display what use to be on the visable page. I'm sorry I bought this computer.

Not sure why a computer of this price in 2024 can’t have a standard 1080p display. Can find many many many, better deals, for the same price or lower.

Underpowered, but gets the job done. Screen color isn’t good

This is not a touch screen laptop as stated in the specification. Imagine my disappointment when i found out.

I ordered this laptop and it was damaged in shipping. I called best buy customer support and told them I wanted a replacement laptop shipped. They said they could do this. I shipped the damaged laptop back and did not receive the replacement. I called support and they said I would NOT receive a replacement and that I had to take a refund. I checked the price of the laptop and now it is $200 higher. This is why best buy would only give me refund on not a replacement. I'm very disappointed best buy lied about the replacement. Now I can't buy the same laptop unless I pay $200 more than I originally paid.

It's nice but it's a little slow. I've had it a month now and had it freeze once already

Good for basic functions, web browsing, light typing, light gaming.

Fairly nice laptop as long as I got it for the sale price. Not happy with the amount of time it takes to setup. Also, this is a Microsoft product and if you want to use any apps outside of their network it is a pain to do so. Makes me feel like it is not my laptop and I am only borrowing it. Really considering returning this and getting a chromebook.

Unclear why this product has high rating but this is a very low quality laptop, a real junk if you ask me. Issues: 1. Screen does not light up when typing 2. Colors are funny. For example: in my personal Mac or work desktop a cell was highlighted in purple, while in this laptop the cell was grayish. Its like the laptop is half color blind 3. Takes forever and up to 7 attempts to connect to vmware. My mac connects on the first try, while this junk struggles on and on 4. Slow - this is a brand new laptop, bought it two weeks ago, very slow Conclusion: returning. I should pay more and buy a decent laptop.

I dont like yhat you have to register on line . This could be done at purchase at the store

Need to charge battery every 3 hours! I expected a longer battery life.

The syatem is good but the resolution or graphics is not good.

I don’t know how anyone can like the windows platform. It is the most non intuitive software I’ve ever used and they just keep making it worse. At least prior to windows 10, it made some sense. Everything is hidden. Basic files sharing. I don’t understand how a new computer can be so slow. Oh and yes you can subscribe to a million different programs from Microsoft. Do people sign up for Word? And don’t you dare switch out of S mode or you’ll void your warranty. I realize Apple sort of does the same thing with their lighting cords and proprietary apps but at least Apple stuff is fast and intuitive and it works. I’ve used both platforms since the 1980’s and windows just keep getting worse

Does good until you have 3 pages open then everything slows way down

Its Good But the Speed is so slow (get something else)

So the overall product isn’t terrible, but I’ve had it for 6 months I think, and the primary mouse button keeps getting stuck down. Kind of annoying since it’s so new, but I guess that’s what happens when the computer is this price.
