Because I work with computers everyday, I really delayed setting up my own laptop but I finally did it and I am so happy. This is a really good product for the average person. Even for the advanced users. I'm really happy with my choice.

So happy I was able to get this laptop. Ordered online, got to pick some items I wanted installed and remove the ones I didn't want. It was ready when they said it would be. Picked up at the store with no issues. Turned it on. Went thru the setup wizard, easy peasy! Battery lasts an incredible long time compared to other laptops I've worked on. You can't go wrong with this one.

If you’re just looking for a simple daily use laptop for simple needs then this one is perfect. It’s not too big, not too small. It runs really well. It has good audio, touchscreen if you’re into that. Just an overall nice laptop!

Connects to Bluetooth and phone easily. The touch screen works great also. This laptop is fast for its price and will last if taken care of. I have protection through Best Buy in case I have any issues.

It works very nicely. Replacing a 15 year old machine that was very slow doing anything. Much faster and the display is clear and precise. Just taking a little time to adjust to Windows 11. A good deal for the price.
