The first one was so good that I had to buy a second one for my fellow student. Its features and the ability to flab back and you can use it as a tablet. It never gets hot and it doesn’t have noise like an engine. Charges quite fast. Very reliable

It works very nicely. Replacing a 15 year old machine that was very slow doing anything. Much faster and the display is clear and precise. Just taking a little time to adjust to Windows 11. A good deal for the price.

This laptop is excellent and perfect for the price I paid. I couldn't have asked for a better device. It features a touchscreen and a great processor, along with ample memory. Overall, it was a fantastic deal. I absolutely cannot complain about it; it was perfect!

This laptop lives up to all my needs except one. I did not research enough and it does not support video from the c-port. This has made using dual monitors difficult. But that was my oversight. Other than that issue it’s been great for me.

The computer price was good I like that it has no buttons other than the keypad. The pixelation is pretty bad when I’m on zoom it kinda looks foggy but I love that is touchscreen. I don’t really use that feature a lot because I forget that it’s touchscreen but overall I think that this is a pretty good computer. I had concerned at first because I am an avid Sims player and at first it was not downloading my Sims, which I was very concerned about however, I just had to update my computer and it was great getting the computer for less. I’ve also had problems with the Mike. I don’t know if it’s because of the update I will update it and then see if it’s still having problems. Today’s my last day to return it so hopefully there’s no problems.

Works well. I can’t complain about anything. It works as advertised. I would purchase again and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

So happy I was able to get this laptop. Ordered online, got to pick some items I wanted installed and remove the ones I didn't want. It was ready when they said it would be. Picked up at the store with no issues. Turned it on. Went thru the setup wizard, easy peasy! Battery lasts an incredible long time compared to other laptops I've worked on. You can't go wrong with this one.

This by far is one of the best HP laptops I have ever purchased. It is truly all that I need for every project I am currently working on...It is fast, intuitive, easy to handle and has excellent storage and a beautiful screen.
