Love this laptop, very easy to setup and ver fast!

Replaced my older HP laptop with this touchscreen HP. I was able to follow the steps and transfer everything I wanted from 1 laptop to the other. Am very pleased with this purchase plus got it at a great sales price.

I purchased this refurbished computer, and after setting it up and updating it, it has worked very well for me.

Everything and features are outstanding. Great performance for the price. Would not hesitate to buy for a family member or friend.

I highly recommend this laptop. It's fast,reliable. The only thing i fidnt like about it was that it was in S mode where you can only download microsoft apps and doftware. It does give you way to get out of S mode.

IDK anything about PCs. Just how to do very basic things. I know nothing about specs. This is what I do know. Pros: turns on quickly, large screen, good volume, lots of things to do. Con: no backlight on keyboard

Easy cheap laptop dedicated to school use. Keys seems cheap but not much is expected quality wise when you buy on the lower end of the price scale.

This is our fourth HP Laptop. Each of our kids has one and I use this for my business. Very nice, easy to use, and very little if no trouble at all in setup and continued use. I have no reason to buy any other brand when I get what I want at a great price.
