The laptop is exceptional but I bought it online and then came to find out that it wasn't in stock then was told it would probably be two weeks before I could get it so I went out to my local store walked in there asked him if they had that computer and they had 10 in stock but they didn't know whether or not they'd be able to give me one from their stock seeing as it was being shipped from some place in Minneapolis anyway the customer service department at the Boynton Beach Florida store his exceptional got everything worked out I was able to get the laptop and is very very happy with

Lacking a DVD and no more than a usbc and usb port but for the price; an ok laptop. Initial battery charge happened quick. Speed was go, storage was better than competition in the market

It came quickly, and it works wonderfully. The speed is very good, I don't use it for gaming, so it is fast enough for emails and Facebook.

Glad that I bought this labtop. I can do alot on this labtop my use and work. Love that laptop is touch screen. It was on sale also.

Great laptop for what I use it for. I don’t play games on it. But for web browsing and personal business it’s great. Had it over a year now no complaints
