Bought this laptop to replace my old HP Notebook that has Windows 10 and can't be updated to Windows 11. I insist on having a numeric keyboard which this one does, not so many do anymore. The touchscreen is extra that I probably won't use, I'm more old school and prefer the keyboard and a mouse. lol I really do like this laptop.

I purchased this laptop to replace my 2013 MacBook Air - Purchased on Black Friday for next to nothing and it meets all my needs for school. The money I saved on this laptop covered my Microsoft Office, Nuance PDF, and a year of Antivirus for 6 devices. Gaming is very limited but works well with older titles. Would have given it 5 stars if I were able to add RAM.

It's very good, the salesman did a good job explaining about it being in Secure Mode but I didn't really get what challenges that would bring. But it's much better than my old one and my experience with an appointment with the Geek Squad to get all set up was the absolute best - shout out to JP who was patient, knowledgeable, slowed down for me, at my age very helpful, so thank you.
