Not a bad laptop, It isn't as fast as other laptops I've had but it does what I want it to do, most of the time. The quality isn't the best. The touchpad sticks a lot, and it takes a bit of prying to get it unstuck. I would NOT buy this model again because of this issue.

Resolution and display quality could be better as well as the refresh rate, other than that its pretty good. Still a pretty fast computer with tons of great specs. This computer is really good if you're on a budget.

It is a decent product, definitely fairly priced. Not exceptional in any regard, but suits my purposes as a person with relatively average requirements, and allows for me to do more if the need arises.

I’m a tad bit upset because I purchased this computer open box, excellent condition which you would think was cool. But obviously there is something wrong with it. And when I went to then HP site they said I only had 7 months of warranty left. That the warranty was activated in April. But I purchased it in August. Then the online customer service at HP disconnect and never send me an email follow up or anything. And I needed help with set up and have questions about something not functioning right but they say the first 90 days was all I had to do that. Ummmmm like I said I only purchased it not even 2 1-2 weeks before contacting them. So is Best Buy lying and selling me a computer that someone else had and they refurbished? That’s not what I paid for

Greater than I expected for the low sale price. Even touchscreen. Only complaint is the labels on the keys are so dim that I can barely see them. Have to look for paper labels or white ink

This is a replacement for a previous HP laptop I had used for 10 years. Thought it was time for an upgrade. I am happy to find another HP that is very similar in feel to my old one. It was an easy transistion.

The computer fits my needs, fast login and works well.

I needed a back-up computer while mine was undergoing repairs. This works great - and will be super for traveling as it is smaller than my regular one. The display is not as bright as my regular one - but I think I can do something to make it better. Have to investigate.
