Good laptop for the price, recommended , bit its not fhd

This is my 2nd HP laptop. My previous one that I had for 8 years and took traveling with me had an issue with the battery overheating so I got this one. My ONLY issue with it is the speakers are on the bottom, so even at 85% volume, I can hardly hear it. Other than that, I love it!

L bought this computer for my husband. . He needed a computer. I bought it on line. Which sometimes is hard. But it was easy . When we picked it up the person was nice and helpful.

I tried just using my phone and mobile apps, but some things require a computer. So had to get the laptop!

It's been a while since I've used an HP laptop. I like the keyboard configuration. It's different than my work device, however i enjoy it for more personal usage.

I needed a new laptop and this one had everything I needed. I was disappointed it did not have a built-in CD ROM, but I learned that was only available on desktop computers.

It's really good for a budget laptop, I use it every day and don't have any problems with it, although obviously don't try to play big games on it and the battery life is not the best but overall a really good product

This is very nice clear images. Loud speakers. Short lived the screen broke while in my laptop bag. Now I can't figure out how to get it replaced.

As i seen till now I didn’t find any laptop inthis price with these good configuration, and also i was very satisfied with the build quality and I am very satisfied for the service from Best Buy. I definitely suggest this laptop. Thank you

Great buy! Love the speed and ease of use. Very duro

Everything about this device is great...except the Wifi connection. Doesn't matter if the drivers are fully updated, doesn't matter if the hardware has been triple checked, it's the only device in our household that regularly drops its wifi connection and refuses to reconnect for minimum 3 minutes. Older devices and ones we've purchased since then have no interruptions. Still can't figure it out. When it's connected, it works great. Its offline functions also work perfectly.
