Easy set up Nd verybiser friendly for a jr high student

I’m extremely happy with my laptop. I usually stick to Apple products but this time I wanted to venture out and bit the bullet. Best decision I could have made for my school/ work laptop.

My online purchase and drive up pick up was perfectly convenient in every way! This HP is perfect for my son who just began his first year of college.

I like this laptop, everything else seems fine but there is one major issue and that is why I gave 3 stars instead of 4 or 5: it loses internet connexion constantly, quite often. I purchased 2 HP laptops around the same time last year in December, one from Best buy and another one from another retailer and both HP laptops have the same problem. I have never had that problem before with any other brand. My 2021 Fell laptop is performing better internet-wise.

Although an "open box" purchase, its been great. Do wish the keys were backlit, and its only an 8G when i had asked for a 16. Other than those things i would have given it 5 starts.

HP makes a decent laptop. I got this for my kid and he hasn't killed it yet. I'm disappointed that all laptops aren't on a USB-C charging port. It's really annoying to have to find a charger, especially when your kid might leave it in any old, random location.

Love it. Its very easy to navigate. This is my second laptop i have purchased and all where very good for my needs.

It's an okay computer. Nothing really bad about it, and it serves the basic functions. Nothing special, though.

Laptop work great and runs smooth but kept disconnecting from wifi every 5-10 mintues. Might have a maulfuntion wifi chip in mines. Returning it for a different one
