    Im not too satisfied with the proctection plan i paid 180.00 plus extended warranty for my laptop and other devices only to have a pay a fee for repairs on a defective laptop . The techs were super friendly and helpful . But overall what a disaster

    Nice laptop until today when the battery died only way to use it was to plug in to power and could not find help any place on the HP web Site!
