    HP laptop computer for $349.99 is total garbage as trash as dusty and dirty sound is coming as sounding out of the laptop. You got what you pay for and that is the reason that it is on sale for that price. Defective product. Trash.

    If i could give zero i would. I returned the first one because the mouse pad stuck. I bought end of August for school, it is now beginning of October, the mouse pad is stuck again thank goodness for touch screen. Also the blue tooth does not work for head phones. So please don’t buy this model it’s a waste of money!!!

    Good function but didn't move all my programs from my old computer so I lack some functions. Little confused between iCloud a onedrive down loaded phone photos but can't fine them
