    I knew i was buying a cheap laptop, and fully expected to be receiving some ewaste because it was all i could afford. But, if all you need it for is some basic browsing and paperwork like me, it does the job

    Would be five but I had some trouble with the keyboard freezing and not letting me sign in. Found a hack to fix it when it happens.

    Great product poor customer service received prior to Christmas should have been ready to go when delivered took to geek squad told me that it would cost me another 40$ for one time setup or 180$. I declined will not buy anything else from Best Buy

    I purchased this computer as a quick fix due to my previous HP Envy crashing. There's no comparison. Im quite spoiled on the features which this HP lacks alot of. Especially if you work from home. However, it is compact and works great for student use. I will be giving this computer to my daughter.
