Nice unit, nice price. But missing some features of my old computer.

Loved it!! Does everything i need for my work! Camera is okay.

Please take off this product from my profile. I have bought enough from you! One in particular a internal HHD. It works as if a user is left on it. Yes, the c:\ appears to be encrypted I can’t clean it, I can’t add me as user for access. If known technology- you are aware that if I am locked out my “C” drive I am unable to manage the PC. I have noticed many users but it still says I don’t have access!!!!!! I a returning it to you to do what you will.

bought this laptop as a replacement for a older laptop and to my disappointment, my older laptop is much faster than this one. this has better specs but it is way to slow. i have been using my mac book air to sur the web, because this thing is so slow especially when on Amazon and some other sites. this thing slower than a turtle.

Good starting laptop for gaming and very useful for students or work. Just don’t expect it to be running a lot as it does have only 8 gb of ram

Disappointed in the HD display. I thought it wouldn't matter for my usage but the HD screen only shows part of what the FHD screen on my prior computer showed. This means I have to move down or over to the right to display what use to be on the visable page. I'm sorry I bought this computer.

Purchase experience was fine - value was fine - but considering its spec it seemed slower than expected.

Went in to buy the laptop and sales associate wanted to upsell me saying I could only run ms store apps on this laptop. When all you have to do is take it out of s mode and you can install anything you want. Since the deal was so good I just ordered online to avoid dealing with the computer associates. Just make sure to do your own research. Do not trust what the sales associates say. They are either very incompetent or very dishonest.

Underpowered, but gets the job done. Screen color isn’t good

Overall it’s decent it does what it needs to do. The pixel quality is not the best though

Have no problems yet.The buttons are not back lit.

Not sure why a computer of this price in 2024 can’t have a standard 1080p display. Can find many many many, better deals, for the same price or lower.

Good for basic functions, web browsing, light typing, light gaming.

This is not a touch screen laptop as stated in the specification. Imagine my disappointment when i found out.

Fairly nice laptop as long as I got it for the sale price. Not happy with the amount of time it takes to setup. Also, this is a Microsoft product and if you want to use any apps outside of their network it is a pain to do so. Makes me feel like it is not my laptop and I am only borrowing it. Really considering returning this and getting a chromebook.

I ordered this laptop and it was damaged in shipping. I called best buy customer support and told them I wanted a replacement laptop shipped. They said they could do this. I shipped the damaged laptop back and did not receive the replacement. I called support and they said I would NOT receive a replacement and that I had to take a refund. I checked the price of the laptop and now it is $200 higher. This is why best buy would only give me refund on not a replacement. I'm very disappointed best buy lied about the replacement. Now I can't buy the same laptop unless I pay $200 more than I originally paid.

Unclear why this product has high rating but this is a very low quality laptop, a real junk if you ask me. Issues: 1. Screen does not light up when typing 2. Colors are funny. For example: in my personal Mac or work desktop a cell was highlighted in purple, while in this laptop the cell was grayish. Its like the laptop is half color blind 3. Takes forever and up to 7 attempts to connect to vmware. My mac connects on the first try, while this junk struggles on and on 4. Slow - this is a brand new laptop, bought it two weeks ago, very slow Conclusion: returning. I should pay more and buy a decent laptop.

It's nice but it's a little slow. I've had it a month now and had it freeze once already

Need to charge battery every 3 hours! I expected a longer battery life.
