I’ve loved it so far but I’ve only had it for 2 weeks and one of the keyboard buttons isn’t working.

I really love the HP family of computers. They are user friendly

My daughter love the computer but the speed in downloading not too fast like her former chromebook .

Good laptop for basic daily use. Not for gaming or designing but is great for what its meant for.

Lap Top seems very good and the delivery was quick.

Great laptop for my daughter who just started college.

It's nice, charges quickly, easy to use. However, it forces AI to be able to use the devices. I did not know this or I wouldn't have purchased.

Over all, It is a good computer, I like it........

Very disappointing transaction with Best Buy, they state one thing on-line or when communicating with them and then a bit of bait and switch happens, and I was left with the choice of returning it or dealing with it. Condition and warranty were falsely stated by Best Buy.

Sales Person-Excellent assistance, helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a new Laptop and the new HP would be sent to the store. I was perfectly satisfied at this point. Geek Squad-found every reason in the book why they couldn't help me with my computer, refused at first to get the manager so when he did I cancelled the order. Private Repair Service-my computer up and running in 30 minutes. I have always been satisfied with Best Buy sales service and products, with the Geek Squad I always have my fingers crossed that I will get a good person for assistance. Excellent Sales Personnel need to have a equally strong Repair Service backing them up.

This laptop is cheap but not worth how cheap it is. It can barely handle basic tasks, like keeping a background up the entire time you use it (blacks out). I only use this for basic tasks, and I have pictures that I import onto here and transfer to a external hard drive. The laptop can't even handle the transfer of a max of 100 photos. It takes a long time to load any app that I use, and I'm forced to only use one app at a time. Even just using it to get on the internet is a pain. It's trash and I wish I would've never wasted my money on this.

Nice unit, nice price. But missing some features of my old computer.

Decent for the price but wouldnt buy this again. I woukd spend more to get something worthwhile.

The product description was that it would last 12 hours on battery. In reality, it only seems to last 2-4 hours. Energy saver is turned on.

Loved it!! Does everything i need for my work! Camera is okay.

Purchase experience was fine - value was fine - but considering its spec it seemed slower than expected.
