Hasn’t worked right since I got it. Keeps disconnecting from networks every 5 to 10 minutes. Junk

I though this was a legit laptop, unfortunately, it is a notebook that uses apps. Not what I expected.

i thought it was something else but it else would recommend to a non gamer tho

Horrible network connectivity issues. Wifi kept dropping due to DHCP server not responding and not reaching default gateway. I tried all sort of fixes and so did HP. I finally just returned it to the store. Garbage!

Does not stay connected to the internet. Glitches out frequently. Very slow loading. Waste of money and time

Never got it the dell i waited for 20 to 29 days to know dont have it in stock

Mouse pad is too touchy and I can't figure out how to turn off the pad

I thought this computer was working pretty good. Not even two months old, and the screen is fliquering.

It shows it's a touch screen but I'm unable to touch the screen

Computer feels used instead of brand new which is what I got.

The product was great, but bestbuy needs to know that Citibank is the worse company ever to deal with customer service wise.

I am quite pleased with the touchscreen, speed and operation of my new laptop. My only caution to others before you buy this (and the main reason I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5) is because it comes with Windows 11 S Mode. I am still educating myself more about this unfamiliar system feature and have had to download Microsoft Store programs to replace programs blocked by S Mode. If you are already familiar with S Mode, this is a great laptop for everday tasks.

I love my laptop! It’s the first one I brought and I have no problems. It’s fast, the screen is big enough and it has a lot of features featuring Microsoft word, PowerPoint, office, excel etc.

Setup was nice and easy, have to remind myself that it's touchscreen. Keep forgetting. Its the perfect weight for my wife.

I purchased this to use for basic online tasks (kitchen computer) for recipes, YouTube and occasional NetFlix. Speakers are decent and CPU is great for a laptop at this price point. Has blutooth to connect to other speakers if you want to. It works extremely well for basic tasks, just keep in mind what it is meant for, it's not a AAA gaming machine, but plays casual games well. The only draw back is Windows 11 demanding to be linked to a Windows account to finish set up. Windows 3 stars and getting worse everyday. HP 5 stars for building an affordable basic machine that holds up fine for routine tasks. Best Buy 5 stars for great customer service and easy store pickup. I like Best Buy, the staff are always friendly and you can have things delivered to the store, rather than left on the porch for pirates.

This was my 3rd laptop I've purchased recently. This one has the features I really wanted - touchscreen and backlit keyboard, as well as the 8 GB memory. The only downside is that it doesn't have a side number pad, and was told HP isn't putting them on the majority of computers. I did buy an external one though.

As a college student, this computer works exceptionally well for writing papers and getting work done. You get what is expected and is a very functional work computer. I needed a computer last minute to get an exam done the next day and it held up well.

I do a lot of crafting 3-D printing working with a silhouette plotters. This is a great little laptop for all those needs robust enough to handle the software for slicers and compact enough to move into your maker. Space.

I only used the laptop for about 3-4 times briefly. The laptop worked as described. Normal speed for internet browsing. I will update the review after more usage.
