I bought this computer for my daughter and at the same time my father purchased one for himself. Unfortunately, he ended up in the hospital with a medical emergency and they canceled his order when added me as a pick up person. I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. Your customer service at the Springfield Missouri locations is absolutely pitiful. One associate told me their system canceled it because they thought it was fraud and then the store manager told me a completely different story. Either way the computer had been shipped into this location was sitting there on the shelf. They could’ve just sold it to me for that price, but they wouldn’t. We have an email showing that the transactions canceled because it didn’t pick it up by a certain date however, that date was three days in the future. I’ve got the records if you want to dispute it.

Not impressed, I bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas, and was not made aware that it was unavailable untill after I paid. Furthermore the purchase date was not 12/30, that's when it finally arrived, the purchase date was a few days before Christmas, not the first time I've had a problem with your store, I won't be back.
