The laptop works for me as it serves its purpose. I can surf the web, read my emails and, stream shows while I am cooking. I don't do heavy work or streaming on it because I don't need to. I like the size and weight of the laptop. I gave it four stars because the battery life doesn't seem long enough, However, the laptop will be perfect for me to travel with.

I like the touchscreen tablet. It’s small, convenient and works just as described. The speed is a plus.

I think that depending on what you are using this laptop for it can be a very beneficial tool, or just a quick resource to accomplish a task. I do recommend adding an additional 8GB of RAM to it like I did (16GB total), but that will just all you to open multiple applications when needed and won't slow your system down. The cost for the additional memory was only $20 and it only took about 10min to install. I like the sleek design and the touchscreen option as well. I highly recommend this laptop for day to day activities, like checking email, researching on the web and maybe even typing up a letter or a paper. I've enjoyed using mine so far and for the total cost and excellent deal combined, I think this hits the four star mark on my scale. Get them while they're hot! Note: I bought this laptop during one of Best Buy's daily deals and got $200 off. This in conjunction with the $20 I spent on the RAM have all been factored into this review.

Good laptop with a great price. Caught a sale and it's great for school and a few work tasks. The touch screen is a bonus. It's very lightweight. The battery life is not the best and there's no plug in for headphones. Only a Bluetooth option which is fine for me.

I came in looking for a computer that I can use to finish paper work and keep my files and information on. I then stumbled upon this beaut. I definitely recommend, the quality is great, I sometimes play Minecraft and other games on this. It is touch screen and allows both Type-C and USB ports. I overall enjoy it.

Super easy to use for my kids. Very lightweight so it’s also easy to carry around. No lagging with the right WiFi connection. I upgraded from an other HP that accidentally got sat on but a child. Although I was sad about that, I’m glad to have been able to upgrade. The only thing I miss is that it doesn’t have a DVD player, so I can’t play old movies or my kids earlier ultrasounds before they were born.

I absolutely LOVE this laptop. I needed something touch screen for my Real Estate business. This has been a lifesaver and It’s light enough to carry anywhere. It’s fast, just enough storage for me and I also purchased the warranty bc we all know you never need it unless you don’t buy it!!!!

Hard to beat a laptop that costs less than some phones! It replaced my 11 year old Windows 10 HP laptop. It's half the weight, twice as fast and does everything I need it to. Only 256 GB storage, but now they make memory sticks that big, so it's not a problem.

My first computer at age 78. Had to get help from my 10 year old cousin to start. But love all the possibilities it can do. I am very happy with this decision.

Great computer! Only thing I don't like about it is that the fan is going off pretty much all the time. I'm a college student and it runs all of the programs well like excel and PowerPoint, but give it five minutes after doing some work for the fan to go off. Otherwise everything else about this laptop works well. I got this computer on cyber Monday so it was half off. I don't know if I would spend $500 on it but for the price I paid (around $270) it's good.
