Disappointment. This LAPTOP has been the worst one I have ever purchased in over thirty years. HP computers/laptops have always been my preference, but not in this case. This laptop has been complicated to set up, I’ve never had such a program at all. For whatever reason this laptop appears to be very sensitive for whatever reason. I am very upset with this HP-15.6".

Not the greatest. It closes applications on its own randomly and the file manager doesn't ever work properly. Might return. It's fine if you just need it for internet.

Overall, a good computer for the price. However, very big and heavy, which is why I ended up returning it for something a bit more expensive that was on sale for a similar price.

Not even after 7 months of just using it for no more than a handful of times, the screen got an internal crack. I've been researching and it appears this is a known issue with HP screens. No drops or manhandled since I'm the only one who uses it and kept in safe desk drawer. I contacted HP and member on line said the screen is very sensitive so even without dropping it, it can crack from use or how you opened the screen. Can also be a manufacture issue. HP wont repair it under warranty and wanting to charge $480 to replace the screen. Last time buying a HP anything!

This laptop isn't worth it. Don't buy it. I don't buy anything from Best Buy anymore. Customer service is the worst. I tried to return this item within the return period and the manager at the San Marcos location refused to take this item back. All the personnel at this location have no manners. Worst experience I ever had. Will never buy from best buy. Period. I have bought my macbook pro, ipad, and many other items. Not anymore. I buy directly from Apple. Apple has the best customer service and honor the return policy. Don't buy from BestBuy just go to Apple.
