I like it so far. Easy to navigate, nice keys, good size screen, and it feels solid enough that my kids won’t destroy it on accident. It’s also light weight though. The price is good, and what it offers is perfect for my needs.

I love my HP touchscreen laptop. I use it for school purposes to take my classes and also to take the test to complete the classes. I had trouble at the beginning with the cursor jumping up to the top when I wasn't trying to make this happen. I found out my hand was resting on the mouse pad and causing the cursor to jump around. Now that I do not have that issue. THe computer is prefect! easy to navigate either with via the arrow keys or using the mouse pad! I love the laptop, very little weight to it and easily moved around,

Great laptop for school or personal use! It runs smoothly, you can sync your phone (iPhone or android) to it, and the touchscreen is a nice touch. I can use it for hours before having to charge it.

I was nervous that it only had 8GB RAM and an Intel core i3 instead of i5 or i7. In just a matter of days, I have truly fallen in love with it, and it has greatly exceeded even the very best performance I could have imagined it would have. Entry level graphics in this model prove to be excellent and I can’t imagine anyone else would tell you differently. As of the beginning of October 2023, this is the only laptop (and i searched everywhere) that has all of my desired specs. So let me save you some time: 8 GB ram, touchscreen, windows, 11, under $350, Bluetooth enabled, and an Intel core. If you are looking for the same thing, then I can save you the research: buy this one.

I was upset initially because I went to the union location & not a single person even said hi to me. I waiting around for about 20 minutes too long. so I left. not to mention a person who walked in after me was greeting & helped before I was attended to (not racially motivated). So I drove to woodbridge location & the service was phenomal! Love the laptop! does everything I need it to do, & you don't realize how much you need a touch screen laptop until you have it! worth every penny

It’s lightweight, quiet, sleek and runs well. The battery life is long too. I work from home and this does everything I need it to, quickly.

Ive had this for over a year and it works great it multitasks well i mainly use it for shows/studys. But it sadly doesnt really work well when playing small games but the rest is great.

We previously had an older HP 15.6" LAPTOP and were very happy with it. The old laptop eventually gave up and we purchased the new HP-15.5" Touch-Screen Laptop and are extremely happy with the performance. No issues whatsoever, and the touch screen is a great bonus for accessing files quicker. The wi-fi is working well and printing with no issues. Colours are vibrant. So would not hesitate to recommend this Laptop for daily home use or even daily business use.

Excellent computer for the price. I’m an Apple guy but love Windows when doing work. This HP i3 has enough power to do everything from Word docs to social media and marketing postings to video work. Great product for the price—Don’t need all the bells and whistles

It's been around a month since I bought my HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Silver. I haven't regretted it for a second. I think it's the best deal I've ever made. My computer works perfectly. And the price is really affordable. I use it a lot to do what I want. Also, the screen is touch-sensitive. I really like my laptop. Best Buy, the best place to shop.
