Bought to use for 3d printer and it works great. Not a big flashy mega speed or ram laptop, but it does everything absolutely fine, no lack of speed running any programs or downloading. Touch screen at this price is a very nice feature

This computer is so much faster than our old hp computer. Takes seconds to sign in and out and getting on the internet is super fast, Love the touch screen and the weight and size. You don't need a lap board and this computer doesn't get warm like the old one.

Great computer- processes well, live the screen size. only thing I don't like is the off center missed pad and keyboard but this is in place to accommodate the number pad.

It’s easy to use, the screen is clear. Easy on and off. It has the features I need, nothing more and nothing less. The price was very reasonable. It is rapid on and off, and I am not computer savvy but it has been easy for me to use. I highly recommend it.

If you're wanting a simple computer, this one would be perfect! For simple tasks that need to be done at work or home. Battery is not all that great but its fast and a great light laptop for everday tasks.

I needed a new laptop, and this HP model was the right price. However, since using it for work for several days in a row, I've noticed that it gets hot rather quickly. I've since purchased a laptop cooling pad and it helps. The touch-screen is a feature I didn't think I would need or even use, but I have given it a try, and I LOVE IT!!! The graphics are beautiful.

I had to get a laptop to work from home very quickly. This laptop does exactly what I need it to do. I haven’t even used it except to work but I’m loving it thus far!! Not to mention the price was a steal to me.

Bought this for my daughter for her college classes. She loves it, especially the touchscreen, and she says it makes her want to do her homework--it's fast, easy to see everything, and adaptable to her needs.

My expensive laptop was dying so I chose this HP as a lightweight, inexpensive machine that I can travel with while I get that one repaired or replaced. The screen resolution on the HP is not as wonderful, but it is fine for what I need. The Windows 11S extra Microsoft security was easy to f disabled to give regular Windows 11 (note: this cannot be undone), but doing this let me could load the non-Microsoft software that I need (e.g. tax software.) I also like having the number keypad and knowing this machine has a good Intel Processor. It also has a HDMI connection and a good set of three USB connectors (two styles), whereas my fancy machine required external adapters for these connections. I would recommend this machine for anyone who wants a basic computer (e.g. for email, web/internet, social media, basic writing tasks etc.) This could be a perfect machine for a young person, a family sharing a machine with children of different ages, any one new to computers, or anyone needing an extra or travel machine.

I absolutely love it! My last laptop died a slow, painful death and this was on sale. It was easy to setup and extremely easy to use! If you’re looking for a new laptop, I recommend getting the HO Touchscreen!

Looks great and works really well! Touch screen is a nice addition. Battery is about average, not the greatest depending on usage. But otherwise does great for browsing, some streaming, or doing small projects.

Needed a new personal computer for at home use as well as for my small business. This laptop has not disappointed. It is fast and I love the touchscreen option on it. Great laptop at a reasonable price.

I WFH but had been tied to my desktop computer. I needed a computer with enough speed to log in my job's remote servers and this allowed me little freedom to be able to work outside of my home which is nice!

HP products never disappoint! Well made, quiet laptop and the touch screen is great. Plenty of storage and the silver color is great for both men and women. The display is great on this computer.

I give it a 4 stars just because the battery life doesnt last much. If im wokring on a project it only last about 1 hour or you have to keep it plug-in. Overall experience is a good laptop easy to navigate and i like the touch screen feature and its super light to carry.

I have been using it for several months for school and also for my part time job and it works great. I have had no issues with it. Has the programs/apps I need and the speed on it is great as well.

The price fits the quality of the laptop. Not too pricey and it runs fast ! I would definitely recommend this laptop to for college students !

The laptop works fine. I am here to find the description of the extended warranty I bought. It should be in a description of your warranty, but I can't find that. Have an answer??
