Great Laptop for personal use. Speed seems to be where I need for what I use it for. Display is okay but I am not using it for gaming.

I purchased this laptop to be able to work from home on days that I needed to. It has been great for that. Fast speeds and doesn't lag, very fast.

It's exactly what I expected! Touchscreen not heavy, the 15" is bulky but that's all 15"! I needed it for school and am not disappointed.

This HP is so convenient. It stays charged a lot longer than other computers I've had and it is also a lot faster. I'm on this computer a lot and not for work.

I got my new 15" HP laptop in S mode a little disappointing because there's so much restrictions. I'd like to install my security suite w/ vpn from my internet provider which i been using for a long long time now, but they won't let me. You can't install software that is not Microsoft verified, they do this for security purposes. Stated you still can get out from safe mode, but you can't go back once you're out of it, and that's the one worried me alot! So far Microsoft depender updating regularly and my laptop running smoothly.

Amazing find! After having my previous HP notebook for 8 years, it was time for an upgrade and this product did not disappoint. Nice laptop for work,homme work,pictures and videos

It is a great laptop for the price and work. If you do not want to spend a lot and light duty work, this would be the one. I mostly work at home with some graphic works and lots of Zoom meetings. Sometimes you need some multi tasking to endure boring discussion. I never had a single problem. Satisfied overall.

We are happy with this laptop for about one year, it works as expected and no issues so far. The only thing is that the screen is not as bright as our previous Toshiba Satellite before.

Bought this as a Christmas present to replace an older HP laptop. Works great. Easy to use with the touchscreen and you dont need a mouse.

Bought it for my wife to play sims, runs great and easy to set up. It does come in Safe mode or whatever the newish windows update is and doesn’t really tell you it’s in that mode, so that might present some challenges early on depending on your needs for the computer or if you’re trying to download something from outside the App Store (I hadn’t bought a new computer in many years). A quick google search made it easy to get out of that mode and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
