The HP 15.6" touch screen laptop has been a great purchase. It was easy to use. I didn't have to hunt for anything. Except the fingerprint option. The screen is clear, the pages upload quickly, and it came with Windows 365, so I was able to work on it immediately.

It is a really good choice for my personal use. I’ve had it since March and have absolutely no problems With my laptop. The price point was within my budget and it does everything I needed to do

Bought the HP laptop for my wife and she loves it! It's sleek design, along with it's powerful processor makes it just right for home office and personal use. Plus it was on sale. Hard to best that combination!

This is a great laptop to purchase, good quality and you can't beat the price! My daughter loves it, especially the touchscreen. It was an easy setup and have had no issues at all. For the price I highly recommend it.

Great laptop for the price. I was looking for a good laptop without all the bells and whistles and high price tag. This met my needs. I do not need it for gaming, just emails and online activities. Nice screen and easy set up. Would recommend!

it works perfectly for what I need it for. I mainly use it to edit images and creating svg for my laser engraver. Surfing the net. Word documents etc. the new windows took a bit of getting used to. Nothing beat windows XP design tho.

I bought this for one of my grandsons and he loves it. It is easy for him use the new features such as touch screen. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to buy a beginning laptop for a young person. Barry B.

I bought this laptop because I needed a Microsoft Office compatible laptop in order to finish some spreadsheets for a college class. My MacBook Air wasn’t giving me some of the options I needed because some of the functions are only on none Apple laptops. But let me get to my reason for the 3 stars. I am a college student and rely heavily on my laptops and internet for not only my homework but exams and quizzes that I have to complete. This laptop tends to freeze and disconnect from my internet as soon as I hit my 30-40 minute mark on my exams. Which is very frustrating because once it kicks me out, I can’t retake the exam. The second time it happened I quickly opened up my MacBook and was able to finish where it froze. I’m not sure if this is a common problem with this type of laptop but just something to keep an eye out. But other than that it gets the job done. It’s very bulky but it’s ok for what I need it for.
