Brought the laptop into the best by The Florida Mall best customer service I've had in a long time.Julio worked on transferring everything from my old laptop to my new one did an awesome job I would recommend him and Best Buy to anyone whoever asks I will tell them best store ever I would go back there in a heartbeat they care about their customers

Laptop is excellent for its intended purpose. It is not use for work, but emails Facebook and shopping. Speed is fine

Works great for what my daughter needs to use it for. Able to do her school work, get online, etc. however if planning on doing more than that then I would recommend getting a better laptop.
