It has come to my attention that this device is experiencing a rapid 1% battery discharge every minute. I recently purchased this device on April 2, 2024. Is this level of battery depletion considered normal for this particular device?

Unfortunately I Have never been able to test this device because it was never delivered in my place and Best Buy did nothing to solve the problem and told me to check it with the police! It was delivered in the wrong address, we told them right away but didn't solved the problem.

This screen was entirely too large for my everyday functional purpose and the keyboard keys were spaced apart incredibly enough that it was odd. Slow processor. I was not impressed and I’m an HP dedicated veteran for life.

I was looking for a mid-range general specs computer to give to a freshman high schooler and this one fit the bill and then some more. You get a nice decent processor, lots of internal storage and enough RAM. Added pluses: the touchscreen, available ports and a nice screen size. You don't have to break the bank to get premium inside and out, this one is the perfect combo of those. So far, I'm super happy with the purchase. Added bonus was the free upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. Highly recommend
