Overall, I liked the HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop. Keyboard The keyboard on this laptop is one of the best I've used on a laptop. The keys are well-spaced and have a good amount of travel, making it comfortable to type for long periods of time. The keys also have a nice tactile feel, which makes it easy to type accurately. Display The display on this 15.6" laptop is an LCD screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768. This is a relatively low resolution. However, the display is still good for watching videos and browsing the web. But it will not support Full HD. Performance This is powered by an Intel Core i3-12th Gen processor and 8GB of RAM. This combination provides plenty of power for everyday tasks, such as web browsing, email, and word processing. The laptop can also handle more demanding tasks, such as video editing and gaming, without any problems. Battery Life The battery life is decent. I was able to get up to 6 hours of battery life on a single charge when using the laptop for basic tasks. However, the battery life can be extended to up to 8 hours when using the laptop in power-saving mode. Conclusion HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop is a good laptop for everyday use. It has a comfortable keyboard, impressive performance, and decent battery life. However, the lack of a backlight on the keyboard and the low resolution display are two areas where the laptop could be improved. Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

The charm of a computer. Fast, portable, good sound and easy typing. A beautiful laptop, except for one major drawback. I bought it with a bad battery. Charged to full. And the battery drops to 40 percent in an hour or so. After this happens, it drops to 20 percent. Then there is the warning to recharge again. To combat this, I keep it plugged in. Not really portable.

Lightweight, convenient laptop. Touchscreen is a good feature. Best feature is that it’s quiet.

It was easy to set up. Laptop being used by kids also, we love the touch screen feature, makes it easy to scroll through content. Lots of memory, fast processor. Great screen resolution.

Great buy for the price. I love the touch screen on this laptop. It's light and easy to carry around. Battery charges pretty quickly and lasts for hours depending on your activity. Definitely recommended.

I am a long time Geek Squad fan - and recently I had a very bad virus jump onto my daily Dell laptop. Geek squad fixed it although after about a month there was one weird, glitch that prevented me from having full use of the my word and excel programs that I needed. I drove 1 1/2 hour to this store in ABQ, to work with Ryan in particular of the Geek Squad - only to discover this glitch problem. As an interim solution while GS repaired my primary Dell laptop, I purchased this HP touch screen on sale. All basic software that I needed was loaded -and to my surprise, I actually prefer this HP system. There is a nice big screen, the touch screen feature is nice but then the keys on the key pad are very comfortable and on the larger side. Overall good customer service and care all around today at Best Buy. Kudos to Ryan - juggling 5 customers at once with professionalism, humor, and ease. Thank you!!

Good laptop for high schooler light weight. Touch screen decent processor and easy to navigate

Overall great laptop. but I couldn't handle the display. There is some fan noise. It's not too bad, but it's there. If you want this more quiet, try disabling turbo boost. Speakers are nice. Laptop is fast, touchscreen, upgradable ram. This is great value. You don't have control over fans and battery charge level. If you keep this laptop plugged in, it might weaken the battery in the long run and would have to be replaced.

Great laptop for school work. It is big enough to see and the touchscreen is helpful when trying to zoom. The only downside is you are unable to download apps from the web or a browser. (Needed an lockdown browser for online testing) You have to turn off S mode. If you turn off S mode you are unable to update the laptop. S mode only allows app from Microsoft store and helps the computer run smoother.

It was very fast more than I expected. Color and display quality was amazing. Very comfortable to use and carry.

This laptop is the perfect work-from-home tool. It fits nicely in my home office, but it's compact enough that I can take it to work on the go (i.e. in coffee shops) when I want to be in a social setting without the need to be social. It would also work well for students and general household use. The screen is a nice size. I've also used it with an external monitor for days when I wanted to watch Netflix while working.

I absolutely love this computer! I got this after having a Chromebook for years, and it was quite the upgrade. It has a good amount of storage, love typing on it, the touch screen is fabulous, and it's very user friendly.

This is a very nice Laptop. Touch screen works very well. Even though it is a more larger laptop, is still small and slim so its very easy to travel with. Good storage and runs good!

Our previous couldn't be upgraded to Windows 11 so shopping we go and found this. All the features like touch screen New computers dont seem to have alot of USB but we have a hub. We really like this
