Beautiful laptop. Layout of the keyboard was weird to me....too much space between areas. Hard to navigate efficiently with small hands. The fan noise was disruptive so I returned it.

I like the computer but the battery doesn't last that long, and the display size is a bit to large so it's a problem sometimes to view the page completely.

I buy all my electronics from Best Buy. I have never had any problems best service for electronics. Bought my husband and daughter computer's for Christmas and they smile from ear to ear.

This is my third HP. I have given the others to my kids. I keep going back when I want a new one. It's a windows computer with a ten key, which is what I love.

It's really nice laptop..but trying to get use to an update computer is a little difficult for me since I only use it for a few things...that I was use to using on the very old HP.

Laptop working good only down side cuz i buy the open excellent condition box it came in the mail and i got a faulty power cable i had to go straight to the Best Buy store and they gave me a free replacement power cable charger cord for free.

Nice little machine for a great price. Got this for my wife who was needing an upgrade. I love the 10 key and she definitely requires that on any machine that she uses. Nice machine!

I found this laptop to be an extraordinary buy! It had all the bells and whistles that I wanted and more than I expected! The Best part was the price!

Good value for the price. The internals are good on this unit - check the specs. The outer case and keyboard are plastic cheap feeling, doesn't have the same feel as higher priced units, Look at HP360Envy for adult or primary use and give this to the kids or keep on hand as a backup

I bought this laptop for doing my resume I could not get it done on my Mac I am really impressed it does a great job I like the quality the speed is ok excellent laptop to get the job done

My bad in that the screen is bigger than i thought, and i didn’t realize the number keypad was on the keyboard. Also of note is the charger is not usb based like the newer models.. but other than that, so far a nice machine

Love my laptop even though the battery runs low than usual thats no issue because I'm plugged in most of the time. Something to think about if you wont be plugged in most of the time.

Grant was running the floor that day and he made this a very enjoyable experience. Although the laptop I purchased was not the top of the line it does what I needed it as to do. Battery life is not that great and performance is mediocre but again it wasn't a top of the line model.

Exactly what I needed for school except the keyboard doesn’t have a backlight.

I am happy to have purchased the laptop but disappointed that the software purchased was not loaded on it. I f that is an option it should have been available information as the purchase is in process.
