    In general, it's a good laptop! My only negative observations are how long it takes to turn on and the lags in clicking on something and having to click 4 or 5 times before the laptop reacts.

    Excellent little laptop - only issue is it runs Windows S so it has a limited option for some configuration changes. Not a problem for general users but an issue for a power user. Wish the screen size was a little larger

    [Employee of bestbuy] This is the perfect entry level laptop spec wise for general usage but upon getting it home it made whirring noises and then gave me a hard drive error. I then repurchased and so far no issues.
