In general, it's a good laptop! My only negative observations are how long it takes to turn on and the lags in clicking on something and having to click 4 or 5 times before the laptop reacts.

It is an OK laptop for the price and does the job. It's a little heavy and clunky, keys are noisy and don't have soft touch.

Good for school work and at home work, keyboard feels good when typing. Just make sure to have tech support help with downloading apps not provided by Microsoft

Excellent little laptop - only issue is it runs Windows S so it has a limited option for some configuration changes. Not a problem for general users but an issue for a power user. Wish the screen size was a little larger

Overall a nice laptop for a starters. I was able to double the memory on it. The screen is touch and works well. Great for steaming video.
